Backstory

Chapter 1: Backstory

Alexandria Von Roth was her name. She was your average young adult who had a fascination for the medical world and wanted to help people. And that's what she did. Although her journey was rough, she ended up doing what she loved.

At the age of 16 she ran away from home. She couldn't stand being around her family any longer. They were abusive towards her, especially her mother, and she couldn't take it anymore. She forced herself to keep going to school to get her highschool diploma. She got a job at a local grocery store to fund her school supplies and food, but she couldn't afford an apartment. After graduating from highschool with a high GPA she got accepted into college with a full ride scholarship. She made her way to medical school where she spent several years studying to become a physician but halfway through changed to dentistry, eventually graduating and finding a job at Arkham Asylum. Although she never imagined herself working in an asylum, she loved it. Her daily routine didn't consist of much, mainly just distributing medications to inmates and doing routine check ups on the few patients she had that came in with injuries and then occasional inmate who would harm themselves.

Little did she know this would be the place where she would find the love of her life and her life would change forever...

Hey guys! I hope you enjoyed the first chapter! Sorry that's a little short and rushed in some places but this was just so you could get an idea of how Alex started working in Arkham. Anyways I'll try to update as much as I can. I'll most likely be publishing the next chapter later today!! I have a few ideas but feel free to comment any ideas for upcoming chapters! <3   (And the girl in the picture is what Alexandria looks like)
