The Past Is Back

          Diana and Jake are in 12th grade. They've been friends since 1sht grade. Diana found out she wants to be more than friends. She's been craving this for a year now. It's time for her to make a move.

          Saturday afternoon, Jake and Diana meet at there spot at 9 am the usual time, Dunkin Donuts. While Jake thinks it's just there usual hang out, Diana plans to confess. She knows that Jake likes this girl but he hasn't said her name. To make things not so obvious Diana goes wearing her everyday clothes. A baggy tee under her jean jacket, sweats, Ugg boots, and her hair is in a bun which compliments her brown hair and green eyes. The Uggs compliment the tan completion of her skin. Jake is wearing Jordans, jeans that have a fitting that is  not tight but not loose, a solid tee the matches the sneakers, a jean jacket, and his hair is done like normally.

        Diana is nervous as she sees Jake waiting for her inside, but she wants to cut to the chase see what the future holds. Diana enters and approaches Jake.

"Hey Jake!" Diana says.

"Hey sista!" They hug as if the world is ending.

"What's wrong?" Diana still does not lose grip of their hug. After a few minutes she finally let's go.

"I have to tell you something Jake."

"Shoot."

"I love you, not like a brother. Not like my best friend, I want to be an item. I want to be more than what we are!"

Jake stands there as his jaw dropped. He stood quiet.

"I shouldn't have said that, I'm sorry but I can't ..." Jake interrupted her.

"Shush, you know how long I've been waiting to say that to you."

Both of there faces light up as if a loved one raised from the dead. And there it was, the moment they have both been waiting for. Jake slowly leaned in for a kiss. It was as their lips were meant to be together, touching forever. They left there spot holding hands knowing they were meant to be. Until...

          The next month they are still acting like newly weds living life together. They were walking to school as a gentleman about Jake's age approaches them. Him and Jake were so different. Jake had brown hair and blue eyes, the young man had blonde hair and gray eyes although they had the same style.

"Diana!" The to ng man said.

" Geo!" Diana said running into his arms.

        Diana wrapped her legs around Geo. They looked like a couple more grown then Diana and Jake. Jake ran to them so confused and jealous.

"Excuse me Babe, what are you doing who is this?" Jake said trying to stay calm.

"This is Geo, I never told you about him but he was my true love from 7th grade until he moved. Then I liked you. The only reason we broke up was because he was not coming back. But, he's back! I still love him Jake!"

"I came back for you." Geo said still holding Diana.

What will happen now?
