(Rins POV)
-At lunch-
I walk to a table and wait for Miku. I wasn't hungry. I see Miku running to the table with a tray of.....meatloaf. Bleh. "they had meatloaf" Miku said with a disgusted look.
She sits next to me. I pull out my bright pink notebook. It's my book I put my song lyrics in. I flip through the pages. I Wanna Be a Princess, Always Be and Demon Girlfriend were my favorite songs I made. But the I Wanna Be a Princess song is so true. I wanna be a Princess so bad DX.
I flip to the page me and Miku were working on. It's called Promise.
-After school-
"Rin I got an idea!" Miku yells. We were walking out of school. "what?" I ask. "I know this pretty spot on a hill were we can practice instead of your house!" Miku suggests. I nod. "sure".
I text my mom.
Rin: Mom I'm going to a hill to practice with Miku okay?
Mom: okay sweetie be home by 8
Rin: thanks bye
I put my phone in my pocket and nodded at Miku. She squealed and pulled my by my arm and ran. She lead me up a hill.
It was so pretty. You had a perfect view of the town. Also the hills far away and the sunset were a perfect combination. There was a tree and a bench. I loved it.
"let's come here every day!!!" Miku suggests. "sure" I reply. I loved that idea. We sat on the grass surrounded by flowers. We started singing our parts of the song.
When we finished we smiled at eachother. We were perfect. We heard clapping. We spun our heads around and saw a girl. She looked like Miku but a pony tail off the the side and instead of blue she had yellow.
"get outta here freaks I'm meeting someone here" she said rudely. "we were here first Neru" Miku said back. "look, I'm telling someone I like them and I want this moment to be perfect so please" she said.
I did understand. "Miku I see what she means, we can go-" I was interuped by a voice that said "Neru it's fine, I already know". So her name is Neru. It was Len. I know his voice.
Neru blushed. "L-Len....how long have you been here" Neru said. I looked at Len then at Neru. Neru stared at Len face red. He smiled. "Neru, I don't know but maybe we can date and I'll see if I like it okay?" he said. Neru's face lit up.
I looked back. I liked Len but now he's going on a date with Neru. I probably now don't have a chance with him. Neru's high pitched squeal echoed through the hills. I felt a tear go down my face. I quickly wipe it away before Miku noticed.
How did I like Len this much I just met him. Neru grabs Len's hand and runs away with Lens golden hair behind her. "Rin I'll make sure Len likes you" Miku said after a moment of silence. "w-what?!" I said and looked at Miku. She nods.
I look at my watch and look at the time. It was 8:30. My parents are gonna kill me!!!!! "Miku I need to go!" I say and get up. She waves and looks over the town. I run down the hill. I bump into someone.
I look up. It was Oliver! He was my best friend from Kindergarten and I haven't seen him since! "Oliver?!" I say suprised. "R-Rin" Oliver said. He always sounded shy.
"you still wear the sailor hat we made!" I said happily. He looks at the floor which we were now sitting on. My phone rings.
"Oliver I'll call you later I have to get home!" I look at who's calling. Mom. "bye!". I get up and start running toward home with the phone to my ear. "I'm so sorry mom!" I shouted into the phone.
"it's fine Rin just are you almost home?" mom asks. "yup" I said. She hangs up and I walk the rest of the way. I get home. I sniffed the air in my house and sat down to eat. Tacos. Yum.
