The plan was made up by the Islamic group Al-Qaeda. And please do not think that all Islamics and all people that believe and practice this religion are weird in the head. It is Certain groups that can't think straight. We just see the negative of Islamics. Anyways this one group was basically "jealous of the United States. The US had things that they wanted. We had a good economy, our social equality, government, and much more. So these people are just messed up in the brain and basically decided that they wanted to terrorize the US. It would of had to take 5-10 years to figure out a plan like this, (which is scary to think about). They would have to become legal us citizens, get jobs, take a flight school, plan out their route, plan out were they were going to hit, how many people would go on a planes, how many planes there would be. It was not an easy task. Madness must have been building up inside of them.
