It was a day like any other normal day, I woke up, had breakfast, went to go wake up Jack, even though I knew he would probably be awake already. We were taking some of our few cows to the market today. Mum almost didn't let me go with Dad and Jack to get the cows onto the truck, it was only when I reminded her that Jack wasn't as confident with cows as he was with sheep, that she let me go, if I promised to make sure I stayed out of the way. We are sheep and grain farmers, dad and I aren't very fast, but Jack had good agility. Sheep aren't very smart, but we were a good team. Dad and I would guard, occasionally dad would round them up with the motorbike, depending on how many we had to round up, I always closed gates or guarded big areas whilst Jack went by foot. I grabbed my boots, Jack was ready and waiting, we walked together, he was excited, we hadn't told him that we were rounding up the cows. We took the motorbikes to the paddock the cattle were in.
