I never believed in reincarnation, but we are born anew with every stage of our lives, new thoughts, new interests...new scars.

Oh what wrong must I have done in my past for me to suffer this much.

Did I play my cards that wrong? Was my mistake my naïve heart? I wasn't ready to go, yet I played chess like a Queen, when back then I was a mere pawn.

For me you either love or not at all, but in my mind I thought I was ready for it. I wrote tragedies but forgot to write my sins. And as I exchanged the words, and promised the world...It was a shame the groom never closed the door. And my heart was left on the open. I had faith and looked into his eyes with hope and truth where there was none, and the purity in now lost in the void.

You should have just closed the door. The door that allowed me to walk into your heart where there was none. Please close the door. Because I still have faith, I had, until now that I see you for the beast you are. Yours was all poison rationality, left with a sense of crude humor.

Now there has been a killing. You played your part like a trained assassin, keeping secret every crime you committed against my heart. I was your Mona Lisa, you painted my soul with my blood, and you thought you ran this town, this game called love, but the truth always comes to the light, not even the tears you faked for me will cover up your crime.

Now I asked for a taste of what you're going to pay for, and that's what made me fall into a permanent slumber.

Now I have broken pieces of this memories, you had the best of me yet not the worst. If you ever loved me you should have left me go, because I have only fear left, fear of falling apart. I screamed in pain: This isn't real life, this isn't real life!

Now you're standing in my coffin, looking into my eyes, as I cry for those green eyes I once loved, I love, and if you break love on a still beating heart, you don't want to see what's left of a living corpse, the side of the girl you never knew.

If you loved that perfect girl, you should have left her go.

Now after death, she tried looking to heaven, but she fell to hell. She was scared but all that's left of her it's the monster you made.

Her ashes melted back to life, now that you've dressed her up and watched her die. Now all you see it's a ghost of what she was.

Now in the dark, she will reclaim her throne and get back what belonged to her, one way of another. And if you ever come back, you will be welcomed to her world of fun, where she won't have mercy, for the girl you used to love is gone...

I was ready to go write sins not tragedies at the ballad of Mona Lisa thinking this is gospel, wearing emperor's new clothes because now, I'm taking back my Crown.
