Christina held her minute-old daughter in her arms. She was absolutely perfect in every way. From her tiny fingers to her tiny toes. Christina looked down at he mini version of her and sighed. The adoptive arents were coming soon and she didn't want to let her baby go.
A knock was at the door, and two men walked in. One small-Adam. And one tall-Blake.
Blake smiled and looked right at the baby. Adam held onto his hand tightly and followed him to the bed.
"She's gorgeous." Said Blake.
"Looks just like you." Adam said, tears falling down his cheeks.
Christina knew he would take on the more motherly role and Blake wouldn't because he was rough.
Adam took the baby from her and smiled. "Hello sweetie. I'm your new daddy."
"And i'm your papa." Said Blake, taking the baby.
Adam sobbed when Blake took the baby. It was all overwhelming for him. He sat by Christina and they both cried.
Christina sniffles. "What will her name be?"
"Courtney." Says Blake.
"Take good care of my baby." Christina said.
"We will." Adam says.
And just like that, Christina is all alone.
And she always will be.
