You shivered in the cold as snow fell down and stuck to your hair and eyelashes. It was so so cold. Your coat, scarf, gloves, phone, wallet: gone. Tears trickled down your face and froze on your cheeks until you wiped them away. It was the best you could do to curl up and stay warm in that alleyway. It was so dark and unwelcoming, yet it felt like it had closed you in. The cuts you had received have already frozen over. How could someone do this? Why? Why did this happen? You didn't even have anything valuable on you. You knew there was those who didn't like you, but would it really come to this?

You looked down, your body beaten and bruised and shivering. You hadn't a clue of who could have done this to you. The people had ski masks and latex gloves on. You knew there'd be nothing could be done to get them. You hardly even care that they stole your stuff. It was mostly the fact that it had happened. It horrified you. What if they came back? Wanted more? Just to laugh at your pain? The thought of those laughs sent shivers down your spine.

"_____...?"

You looked up at the familiar face. It was a blend of thrilling relief and utter shame. He was here, right here for you. And here he saw you weak and fragile. You started sobbing and curled up tighter, then the gentleman before you scooped you up and laid his coat over you carrying you off to safety.
