Madison's POV
I am finally an official WWE superstar. It was a long and arduous journey, but the good news is I made it and it was so worth it just to be here. I can honestly say this is by far the best day of my life or at least one of the very few. The only other day that could possibly match the height of my happiness at this moment was the day I was able to move out of my parent's house. I know that probably sounds insanely unfair and cruel, but if you ever met them you would feel the same way. I'm not going to go into all the gory details about how truly horrible they are because thinking of them and their bad deeds bring me to a dark place that I haven't been to in years and I have no intention of being there ever again. I sighed and cleared my head before opening the door of the arena.
"This is it," I muttered to myself before walking inside the arena. However, I was not able to make it far because I walked into a hard chest and was sent crashing to the ground. Thankfully, I didn't hit hard enough to do anything, but bruise. I glanced up to see who I bumped into and saw it was Seth Rollins. He is the one person I hate more than both of my parents combined which I never believed was possible until I spent ten minutes alone with him. "Watch where you're going twinkle toes," I threatened in a deadly tone accompanied by an icy glare as I was pushing myself off the ground and getting back to my feet.
"What are you going to do if I don't?" Seth challenged and I grinned.
"Do you remember what happened last time you decided to be brave and challenge me, Rollins?" I questioned and he immediately paled causing my grin to grow wider. "That's what I thought. Now, unless you want a do-over of that experience I suggest you scurry off and keep this encounter to yourself," I stated and he nodded before bolting in the opposite direction. A couple of minutes I heard clapping coming from behind me. I turned around and saw it was Roman Reigns.
"I have to hand it to you. That was great. I have never seen Seth so terrified in my life and it was the best thing I could have ever witnessed. You are officially my favorite person ever," Roman said excitedly causing me to laugh.
"Thanks and you're not too shabby yourself," I replied and he smiled. He looked like he was about to say something else, but we were interrupted by an all too familiar face.
"What do you need, Kane?" I asked irritably. I haven't even been here for an hour and she's already sending her cronies to get me. I wish she would just give me a break.
"Stephanie wants to meet with you in her office immediately," Kane informed me before walking off.
"Of course she does," I said inaudibly. I sighed before turning towards Roman. "Well, that's my cue, but it was great meeting you," I said and he smiled.
"Back at ya and good luck with the boss," He said before walking away. I sighed and started walking to the office. Once I made it to the office, I took a deep breath before opening the door of the office. The only person inside was Stephanie which is a good thing because whenever I talk to my mom it never ends well.
"Why did you want to meet me?" I asked pointedly hoping she would get straight to the point and not drag this out.
"I just wanted to see you. It's been so long," She said in a high pitched sugary sweet tone that immediately set off warning bells. My mom was never one for sweet voices especially when it came to me. The only time she ever used them was when she was lying which I already knew.
"We both know that is a complete lie so just tell me the truth and stop trying to sweeten me up for whatever you want me to go along with because it is not going to work," I snapped and she narrowed her eyes at me.
