Maya- *Walks out with newly assigned comrades, with only one thought on my mind* Listen, we need to get our things sorted out and ready before we go. We won't reach the land of Rain in less than three days. We can't go ill-prepared.
I'll meet you two at the gates in thirty minutes, k? *not waiting for a response, I casually walk away... my walk quickly turning into a fast jog. I headed straight to my house.* 'Got to get everything ready, prepared and... ~that smell~' {growl} my jog in place taking a deep whiff of the delicious aroma*. I have to focus. *I shake my head* Our sensei(s) are depending on us. I have to!
Nope.
*I jump onto the seat* Give me three of those. Some of that. And a jug of that. Add some of those too.
I can't venture on a dangerous journey on an empty stomach.
*grabs some Ryo from my pocket, lounges on the chair and starts counting.* I have enough!
Mai- *wanting to talk to Maya before she leaves, decides to follow her* Maya!! Could I join you?! We have to have full stomachs to perform at our best! *I give a cheeky smile and take a sit beside her* I'll take whatever she's having!
Ira- *Comes across Maya and Mai* Hey! *I take bits of food from both of them before sitting down besides Mai*
Mai- Ira!! Come to join us, I see! Well, we have sensei(s) to rescue. Best to do it when we aren't hungry. I can always pay for you, as long as you don't get too much!
Ira- Ah thanks for the offer, but it's fine. *I say as I point at the small pile of food I swiped from them*
So, about sensei...
Mai- *With passion and determination in her eyes, I say* We will get him back! We owe them at least that!
And uhh- *points at pile of food* how'd you get that without me noticing?
Ira- Hai!!! We're not returning without our sensei, we'll get them back.
*Looks at food and smiles* A ninja never reveals her secrets.
Mai- *after an awkward stare of Ira's questionable amount of food, I turn around* We only have about ten minutes left before we leave! So I better get packed up!

Ira- No problem! I'll see ya at the gate! *I said half heartedly as I shamelessly stuffed food in my mouth.* I'm already packed so I'll just fill up here and head down.
Maya- *And here I am stuffing away, minding my own business. Peeking over at Ira's pile- While she and Mai were talking. I snab a couple of dangoes.*
