Before we start, a big thanks to lynzioe and Hermione_Always for voting!  You guys rock!

"Mione!  Harry!  Where've you guys been?"  Ron exclaimed from the Gryffindor table, his mouth full of food. "Blimey, Harry!  Is that a camera?  Since when have you been a photographer?"

"Just now, Hermione was helping me figure it out. Ron, you wouldn't've happened to see Colin, have you?  I need to talk to him about developing the photos."

Before Ron could respond, however, Katie Bell cut in.

"I think I saw him walking back to the common room."

"Thanks." Harry turned to leave.

"Oh!  And Potter, if you need a nude model, I'm seventeen years old you know," she said with a wink, making Harry go bright red. "I'm kidding!" Katie laughed.

"Alright then, I'll see you around," Harry said, and then left to find the eldest Creevey.

Katie Bell turned to Hermione.  "I was kidding- well- partly," she giggled, making Hermione go as red as the apple she was eating.

"Hermione!  'Mione!  I got the photos!" Harry called as he ran to his friend, reading in her spot along the lake.

"Really?  That's great!  Can I see?"

"No, I just ran out here in the freezing cold to not let you see them," he deadpanned. "Of course you can see them!" Harry made his way to Hermione, and sat beside her.

For the most part, the photos looked really nice. The old film gave the landscape an surreal look.  Once they came across the black photo, they let out a soft laugh.

"You really weren't kidding when you said you didn't know anything about photography," Hermione chuckled.

"Nope. Not in the slightest."

They kept going through, and the photo of Hagrid ended up looking fantastic. They decided they'd frame it and give it as a Christmas gift to the gamekeeper. When they reached the candid that Harry took of Hermione, she let out a soft 'wow'. The girl in the photo was not the bushy-haired know-it-all, but someone who belonged on the cover of a magazine. Her hair caught the light in a way that made it appear as if it were glowing, and her eyes were shining with laughter, and had a mirthful sparkle.  Her smile had the ability to light up a room. She was beautiful.

"Wow is right. I think this is a keeper?"  Harry looked at her questionably.

"Definitely."  She said, "It's beautiful."

"Yeah, you are," Harry sighed, making Hermione blush. "Wait, did I say that out loud?"

"Yep."

Harry took a deep breath to settle his nerves, then, he said,

"I know we've only gone on the one date, but Hermione, I think I'm falling head over heels in love for you.  And I know the possibility for me to die in the next couple of years is rather high, so I am not in the business of denying myself the simple pleasures of life right now, so I have to tell you, I love you Hermione Granger."

"You practiced that one, didn't you?"

"Do you think I'd be able to do that if I didn't?  Of course I did, I was up all night."

"Well, Harry Potter, I love you too." Hermione smiled.  "Can we keep looking through those photos though, I'm curious to see the rest of them."

"For sure."  It wasn't long after that the pair came across pictures of Harry's parents. The tears that escaped his eyes did not go unnoticed by Hermione.

"They look so happy Harry.  Your parents would you to be too." Hermione said as she wiped a tear off his cheek.

"I know, and I am. Somehow, these still images hold more life in it than the ones that move. I miss them, but I know they're there, watching right now. And that will have to do for now."  Hermione rested her head on Harry's shoulder, and they stayed like that for some time. Eventually, large snowflakes began to fall from the sky, and the snow sparkled like diamonds on the ground. If you looked close enough to see the pair, you would see a moment that was truly Picture Perfect.

Fin.
