"Shut up" Matt yells as he slaps me across the face. " I'm sorry" I sob holding my cheek.
"Get" He yells pushing me over.
I run up to my room and slam the door. I climb into my bed sobbing as I open my laptop to finish some homework.
Memories started to flood into my mind of the horrible day. I cried harder. Scared I tuck myself underneath my covers.
I wonder what would've happened if I was there. If I could stop it. Maybe it could've be me instead of her.
I hear Jesse walk into the house. I quickly wipe my tears and get up.I slip on some shoes and head down stairs.
"Hey Jess" I whisper
"Hey Niki, can you help me prepare the dinner?" She asked.
"Ah sure" I say.
I helped with dinner then took it up to my room. We never really ate in the same room. Ever.
After dinner I went to sleep. I dreamt about the horrible night. I woke up in the morning to Matt standing above me. "Wake up!
where's my breakfast" he snapped.
I scamper to my feet running down stairs to start with breakfast. He comes in and slams his fists in the table. I jump with fear.
"Aye hurry up" he yells.
I try to hurry scared of what he might do.
I shove some bacon and eggs in front of him.
"Welcome" I mutter under my breath.
"Excuse me" he snapped
"Nothing" I shake.
I run up stairs to get ready for school. ARG school:/
