The Other World

The Beggining

      "Who are you", Violet screamed looking the fairy looking creature up and down. "You'll find out soon child, now come", she said leading her down the dark alley way.
72 hours earlier
     "Wake up", Violets mother screamed jumping on top of a sleepy Violet trying to wake her. "Ok mom give me a minute I'll be downstairs soon", Violet replied. She got out of her bed making her way to the bathroom, she took her waist length thick blonde hair out of a bun. "Ugh this hair will be the death of me", she laughed combing out all of the knots. Violet had tan skin and the brightest blue eyes. "Three days until my birthday", she chanted just realizing it. She made her way out of her bathroom to her closet. "Hmmmm what should I wear", she pondered looking through her closet. She picked it a teal sun dress "cute", she said. "Vi hurry", Anne Violets sisters called from down stairs. "Yeesh I'm coming relax", Violet said grabbing her book bag and walking down. And with that they were gone.
             Violet was a senior in high school, her sister went to the community college across the street, so it was convenient. Everyone always tells me Anne and I look nothing alike, she had short dark hair and fair skin. She was freckled and had eyes as dark as night. Anne wasn't exactly popular but Violet was a different story. Violet knew she was well liked among her peers though she pretended like she was shocked whenever she was invited to a party, or called pretty. She wanted to be humble. She thought people liked her for this.
            "Vi!", Violet's best friend Olivia shouted as Violet walked into the white walled high school. "Hey Liv beautiful weather right?". "OMG I know right I love May", Olivia replied (btw the date is May 9 and Violets birthday is May 11😂) "Yeah so anyway do you know where Alex is". "Ummmm yeah I think he's in the library". "Hmmmm Alex library weird... But I'll see ya later", Violet stated running towards the library. Alex was her boyfriend he was the captain of the football team, the most popular guy in school. Everyone told Violet he was a player and she should stay away but Violet being Violet never listened. When she walked into the library she shouted "Alex", and looked around only to be heartbroken. "How could you", she screamed. Ugh this can't be happening she thought, that's right Alex cheated on Violet for her enemy Victoria. "That's right Vi your man isn't yours anymore now is he", she stated firmly pulling him into a kiss. She didn't know what to say so she just ran, out of the high school, to the next street, out of the neighborhood to find herself lost.
