Sirius stared at Snape with rage
"Let her go!!!"
"Why should I? I could do the curse right now...In front of all your freinds and love..." Snape spat
"Let him go!! Do what you want with me.... Just let him go!! He's been through enough!!!" Victorie shouted
"Shut it Mudblood! Crucio!!" Pettigrew snapped at the girl making her scream in pain
Sirius then tryed to get out of the grip of the Slytherin
"Perfiticus totalius" Snape wispered making Sirius stiffen and freeze
"What do we do with him?" Wormtail asked toward Sirius
"Send him back where he belongs" Snape spat
James then held his wand to Snape's chest while Remus came up and smacked Snivellus over the head with a metal frying pan
"How are you alive?" Wormtail wispered staring at James
"I have to thank you Wormtail, you brought me and Lily back when you also brought your master back" James snapped
"Please James forgive me for my sin" Peter blubbered
"Why would I forgive a bloody traitor like you? Your the reason Harry has been beat by the Dursleys! Your the reason why me and Lily left him alone! Your the reason why Sirius had to go through Azkaban! Your the reason why Victorie and Remus were alone for twelve years!!! And you just turned into a cowardly rat.... how does it feel to be the one who could have let none of this happen..... how does it feel to be a murderer that had to live with the guilt...." James raged
"It feels great, you all were fooled enough to put all your trust in me" Peter hissed
Remus helped Sirius get slowly up
"And you Sirius? You do diserve to rot in Azkaban.... so I can have this pretty all to myself" Peter snapped as his fingernail stroked the screaming girl's cheek
"Just let the curse off her.... I'll go to Azkaban... just don't hurt her" Sirius wispered
Peter let the curse off her and she intently started to cry into James's arms who was closest
"All right, Black I'll leave your girlfriend alone if you stay in Azkaban" Peter reasoned
Sirius nodded
Soon Harry ran down the stairs to see Sirius holding Floo Powder in the fireplace and yelling to Remus and James's horror
"Azkaban!"
"Sirius!!" Harry called but the man was gone, Peter left with a crack
This made Victorie's sobs louder
"He's gone...." She wispered
"Shh...it's ok we will get him back.... I promise" James wispered
"How? He's now gonna be in Azkaban's most secure cell" Remus quirred
"We get him a trial" Harry replied
James and Victorie nodded
"I'll get him a trial.. then come back for you guys" Remus explaned before apperating to the Ministry

In Azkaban
Sirius sat there in the same cell from before, shivering from the cold weather in result of the Dementors
A pair of Dementors opened the cell and grabbed Sirius and soon he came to face with a big portal to the Ministry
Sirius closed his eyes and felt his body go into the portal and come out to see a courtroom
