I sat on my bed, staring up at my ceiling watching the fan turn around and around. This summer was just plain out boring. It had only been a week and I was already sick of Summer. I couldn't ask any of my friends to hang out because they were all on vacation. Then here I was, Harry Styles, sitting in my room munching on some chips. I had absolutely no idea of how I wanted to spend my summer. So, I've spent it so far by staying in my room and eating. My thoughts were put on halt when there was a quiet knock on my door.
"Come in", I called out. My mother, peaked her head through the door, her eyes meeting me in the same place she found me yesterday.
"Oh Harry. Are you ever gonna move? ", she asked me, walking into my room more.
"Yeah, i'll move. When I need to get more chips. Maybe i'll even grab a chocolate bar, as well", I say, smirking at my sarcasm. She sighed walking to me and grabbing my chips.
"Hey! I was eating those!", I state, trying to grab the chips. She snatches the chips from my reach throwing them in the trashcan by my door.
"Those were perfectly good chips!", I say, pointing to the trashcan.
"And you're perfectly capable of getting your lazy self out of bed and actually going outside", she said, putting her hand on her hip. I groaned, opening my mouth to speak.
"Don't bother saying 'but mum'. You're going out, even if I have to drag you somewhere myself", she adds, walking out of my room closing the door. I put my hands on my face. Where on Earth, was I suppose to go? I got out of my bed after about 5 minutes and dragged myself to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. God, I looked terrible. I had bags under my eyes and I swear I was breaking out. I cut the shower on, letting it get warmer as I stripped out of my clothes. I slowly got in the shower, letting the warm water make contact with my body. As I was in the shower, I let my thoughts wonder. Where was I suppose to go? I could always head to that café across from the beach.
Go to the beach.
I jumped slightly at the thought. Did I really just think that? It didn't sound like my voice at all. Putting the thought at the back of my head, I got out of the shower, drying off. I wrapped the towel around my waist and walked into my room. Slipping on a pair of underwear, I found a white shirt with black jeans. I looked in my mirror and thought I looked pretty good. I grabbed my keys, wallet and phone and told my mom I was heading out.
I hopped in my car, I had finally decided to go to the cafe. Starting it up, I pulled out of the driveway heading to the café across from the beach.
The beach. Go to the beach.
I heard the voice once more. I knew then, that it wasn't my voice. Maybe it was just my imagination. Yeah, that had to be it. The drive to the café wasn't very long. Only about 5 minutes. I pulled in, parking close to the front and got out of the car. I looked towards the beach. I had a need to head to the beach, and I didn't know exactly why. I tried shaking away the thought and headed into the café. I ordered a mocha latte and sat near a window with a view of the beach. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The sun was reflecting off the crystal blue water, and the waves were hitting the rocks closest to the shore. Getting curious, I drank the rest of my drink, throwing it in the trash and found myself driving to the beach.
As I got out my car, I took off my shoes, feeling the sand on my feet. I didn't expect to come here, but here I was enjoying the breathtaking view.
"Beautiful isn't it?" I jumped at the mysterious voice and turned around. I saw a strange man smiling out to the ocean.
"Yeah, it truly is. Who are you?", I asked him.
"You know, amazing things happen here. Many people seem to find love here, maybe you will as well", he answered smiling down at me. I looked back towards the ocean.
