Evil! Evil!

Drake's P.O.V-

The moment happened so fast that I didn't know what to do.  Gabriela lied there motionless in the middle of the road.  A pool of blood around her made me weak on my knees. The truck driver kept shouting at me to call the ambulance 

But everything went over my head.  I was shocked on what to do at that time. She was there motionless or even maybe dead. It was all my fault. I couldn't save her. I didn't have the strength to face her parents. It would be heartbreaking. What can I do ? I stood motionless .

The truck driver kept shouting at me to call the ambulance but I coudn't move .I think he called it himself because a few minutes later an ambulance pulled over ...

We were at the hospital. The siren blazed through my ears but all I could see was Gabriela's beautiful face.

A doctor came and  went in the operation theatre  with all the equipment. Drake's heart beat faster than ever.

He was crying and praying fervently when something happened. The doctor came out rushing.He stood to meet the doctor but the doctor ran  muttering  to himself, "Evil!! Evil! Evil! Its lurking around her. I can't operate her.Evil !! She is bound to meet the most EVIL creatures !!

Drakes heart skipped a beat.

Drake's POV:

That moment I couldn't understand what was happening. Everything went blurred to me. The doctor ran away.

.Everyone was looking at the doctor ,trying to calm him . It seemed as if no patient was there to be taken care of .No one looked scared for her .Not even a bit worried . I was standing there paralyzed. I didn't know what to do but I had to do something Crying over spilt milk was no the solution

I ran in search of a surgeon .

The other came in rushing before it was too late for her. The doctor operated and finally after long hours of wait. He came out.

Drake ran to him and asked, "How is she? "

He answered, "Its a miracle that she is alive and fine"

He looked up and praised the lord.

Drake was relieved. He thanked a thousand times over.

He asked the doctor, "Can I see her? "

"She's unconscious now see her later"

The doctor went after a very succesful surgery. Drake slowly went inside ICU and looked at Gabriela who laid there unconscious of what happened.

Drake crept closer to her and sat beside her. He looked into her blue eyes. He sat beside her, the whole day. She looked into her beautiful eyes the whole day. The things that could have happened to her still haunted him. So he stayed beside her all day
