Jessica falls head over boots for her best friend but does he feel the same way or will it ruin everything?

Jessica was getting ready to go mudding with her friends, then to the state championship to watch her brother play football. She picked out her favourite shorts, a plain white t-shirt with her cowgirl boots and sunglasses. She walked across the hall to her brother Carter's room to give him a hug and wish him luck. Jessica ran down the stairs, grabbed a banana and said good morning to her parents. She grabbed her keys off the wall and headed to her pickup truck. Her truck was her baby, she saved up all her money and got an older squarebody Chevy. Shortly after Jess got her truck, she put a huge lift kit and did a few small modifications to make it less of a sleeper. She called her friends Blake, Koda and Willow to meet her at the field that was about a mile from her house so they could go mudding. They all enjoyed going mudding and hanging out. Theres not much to do in small towns so it was either that or hanging out in the Tim Hortons parking lot. After they were all tired of mudding and washed their trucks, Jessica and her friends headed to the football game. After what seemed like forever, Carters team won! They won 31-9. After the game Carter and Jessica's mom had a big barbecue to celebrate and the win and Jess invited her friends to join.
