Prologue..........
Today was the day when all kids feared for their life's in district 12. This day was called the quarter quell. You never know what's going to happen in these games. But they happen so the districts could know that they are still in charge. Today is the 100th quarter quell and this year will be bigger than any others because this year they are sending 3 girls and 3 guys from each district,1-12. District 13 is not in them because they sort of rule with the capital now. Few years ago they had a huge war and both presidents were killed so they decided to rule together and when the victors had a chance to take the hunger games down they decided to keep them. Everything has gotten worse these passed years, more killings, less people, more control.
