When you use Mean Look with your pokemon, then switch out.
Keep this in mind, Mean Look loses its effect right after the user returns to its pokeball. For example, if the pokemon you happen to be Shiny Hunting is a Ralts, and you switch out after using Mean Look...
Say "Hello!" and "Goodbye!" because it will most likely use Teleport.
