OH NO JAMES, YOU DIDN'T (Harry Potter Next Generation Time Travel Fan Fiction)

Chapter Two

After Ginny and Harry left them, the kids started to play Exploding Snap. Well most. Rose started reading the book she brought. Albus and Scopius talked about Quidditch. Fred and James were huddled together in one corner talking feverishly and in whispers while the rest played. 

After three rounds of Exploding Snap, Lily complained she's hungry.

"You have only eaten two hours ago" Albus said.

"I have not eaten I'll have you know." Lily sniffed. "Kreacher" she then called loudly.

There was a loud Crack and a house-elf dressed in somewhat resembling a shrinked polo shirt and trousers, appeared.

"Young Mistress Lily has called Kreacher" the house-elf said with a bow.

"Kreacher could you please bring us something to eat and drink, I'm starving I forgot to eat my dinner a while ago" Lily said.

"Kreacher has saved young mistress' dinner, would young mistress like Kreacher to heat her supper for her?" Kreacher asked with a bow.

"No thank you, I'll have sandwich just like the rest." Lily said.

"Make mine treacle tart" Albus said.

"Of course young master" Kreacher turned to Albus with a bow.

"Thanks Kreacher" Albus said with a grin.

"Your most welcome" Kreacher answered with a smile and vanished with a loud Crack.

They continue their game while Kreacher see about their food. They are cheering Hugo as he was winning when Dominique called aloud.

"Hang on--where's James and Fred?"

They look at the corner where their cousins where sitting minutes ago.

"JAMES!!!!!!! FRED!!!!!!!" Victoire yelled.

The two however can't hear her yell as they are on the top landing of the house, in Harry's study. Harry made sure his study is at the topmost part of their house so as to prevent--though it failed miserably--his kids to go in there without his permission.

"C'mon Fred" James said. "Look for a worn out piece of parchment, I'm sure Dad kept it in here"

"Why do you have to hand it to him in the first place?" Fred asked.

"Because I have to as the consequence will be to face my Mum's wrath"  James answered. "Mind you I still get to face my Mum's wrath" he added under his breath.

"Hey Jamesy" Fred called out from across the room.

"What?" James asked.

"C'mere and look at these" Fred beckon him.

James cross the room to where his cousin stood and found himself looking at a small hourglass with a chain in it.

"Wonder what that is" James said with a frown "I haven't seen it before and mind you I've been here a lot sneaking lots of Dad's things"

"Let's ask Teddy" Fred said enthusiastically.

"He'll asked where did we got this though." James said then added "but we can find a cover. C'mon"

Then they head back to the living room.

"Where have you been?" Victoire said. She look livid.

"oh now Vicky don't be too mad, we've only been to the kitchen to nick some food."

"You haven't been' Roxane said. "The kitchen's through this way" she said pointing at her left "and you came from the right which means you went upstairs"

Fred cursed his sister silently.

"After we nicked some food we went to my room to look for a book" James covered up.

"You? A book? Are you sick?" Lucy asked.

"Just because I don't swallow books like Rosie doesn't mean I don't read" James said rolling his eyes at his cousin." We went upstairs to check on a book that would describe this"  He continued and he showed the rest what he is holding.

"What is that?" Louis asked.

"Your guess is as good as mine dear cousin" James answered.

"Do you know what's this Teddy?" Molly asked.

"No" Teddy said. Then he frown "Hang on, I see that from one of my grandma's books" He then close his eyes to remember whats the thing his god-brother is holding. "Aha, Its a time turner, where did you get it" he asked.

"Never mind that" James said hastily "What's a time turner?" he asked.

"Well, it turns time" Teddy answered.

Everybody roll their eyes. "Yeah we can deduce that much Teddy" Scorpius said sarcastically.

"It helps you go back to the past or go to the future" Teddy said.

" I remember Mum said she used one of those" Rose said.

Everybody looked at her.

"Well she and dad and uncle harry is in third year and she's taking a lot more subject than the rest so McGonagall arranged for her to have a time turner so she can attend all her classes." Rose explained.

"Yeah, and Dad said with the help of the time turner, she and Uncle Harry helped Sirius escaped and Buckbeak" Hugo chimed in.

James face lit. He had a brilliant idea. He can go back a couple of days to the day his Dad confiscate the map.

"Hand that over James" Teddy said.

"Wait Teddy, I'll have a closer look at it" James said.

"I'll have a look to" Fred said and then everybody wants to have a look at the small time turner.

It was their pushing or pulling to get a grab of the time turner that it somehow slip James hands and it shattered on the floor.

"Oh no" Victoire said.

Just then a white smoke erupted from the sands that envelope them.

Kreacher saw what happened and let out a shriek as his young masters and young mistress disappeared with their cousins and god brother.
