The whole night I was alone, my mind wandered around the fact I was going to see Dr. Luh tomorrow. I smiled at the thought as I tried to fall asleep.

I tossed and turned in my bed half the night before my sister heard the shuffling from outside my bedroom door, I guess she was passing through to use the restroom or something. My door propped open, the light burned my eyes as she turned it on, "Zara, why are you awake? It's late and we have to go into town tomorrow to get your medicine." I sighed heavily, "I'm going to see Dr. Luh tomorrow, Sammie. I can't go into town." Samantha stood at the door and burned a hole through my fragile body, "you've already seen your therapist enough this week."

"I've only seen him twice." I said poking out my lower lip. "I'm sure he has other patients he needs to try to help besides you, Zar. Give him a break." I pouted and turned over in my bed, closing my eyes, falling asleep not too long after Sam left from my room.

The next day, I woke up and got ready for the day. Red shorts, a snug shirt and red and black high top Jordan's. Sam knocked on the door and slowly opened it as I finished my make up. "Are you ready?" I pressed my lips together to get my lipstick in place then turned my head to smile at her, "sure am."

We picked up my medicine, in which I had to take in front of Samantha and show her that I had swallowed the pills. She placed the pill bottle in her purse and we walked out of the pharmacy.

I saw him. Dr. Luh. He was in his street clothes; ripped blue jeans, tims and a plain white tee. Looking good, darling. Sam noticed my gaze and tugged my arm. "Hey, leave him alone. Let's go." She said trying to pull me. I got out of her grip and propped a piece of gum into my mouth as I walked towards him. He was with a few friends who were adorably cute. He was sitting on the hood of the car with his back to me, but his friends noticed me. "Yo." I heard one of them say as the other nonchalantly motioned him to turn around.

His head turned to catch a glimpse of me. I grinned when we made eye contact. His shocked eyes stayed on me as he got off of the car, "Zara? What are you doing here?" One of his friends looked from me to him, "you know her?" I pulled an innocent smile on my cheeks as I stood in front of him keeping my eyes on him, "he knows me really well." He turned to look at his friend as he spoke, "she's my-" I cut him off, "crazy patient." I giggled as I popped my gum.

Derek's attention landed on me again, his eyes had widened when I admitted to his friends that I was crazy. His friends chuckled at my words, "I'm sure you're not crazy, sweetheart." The taller friends said nicely. I cocked a brow and made my way over to him. "Zara.." Derek trailed. I placed my finger on Derek's lips as I stopped in front of him and turned my attention to him, "don't worry, darling I won't hurt him." I said softly. I lowered my finger from his lips and walked to his friend standing in front of him, cocking my head to the side. "Honey, I like to hurt people and have a nice bubble bath afterwards." I stopped and listened in on the voices that came into my head and I laughed out loud. All three boys stared at me, I came back to my sanity and smiled, "sorry, the voices."

"Zara come on!" Samantha called from across the street. "Coming!" I responded cheerfully, "it was nice meeting you." I grinned as I ran my finger over his cheek. I turned to Derek and my grin went wider, "see you later, darling." I strutted off listening as the boys spoke. "Dude she's mad crazy." "She's hot." His friends talked.

We were on the drive home and Sam wouldn't talk. I guess she was mad that I wanted to see Dr. Luh. My gum popped loudly and Sam snarled, "Stop. Popping. That. Gum." I scoffed and spat the gum out the window, "what's wrong Sammie?" I asked concerned. "You're what's wrong." She murmured.
