It's the day of Mel's funeral . me and August are on our way to Nola .

I haven't said anything to him , I have really distance myself from him . I left the girls to say with Rihanna cause I didn't really wanna take them .

August put his hand on my thigh and I moved closer to the window.

3 hours and 40 minutes later . 🚄

We got off the plane and headed to momma Sheila's.

We finally got there and everyone was crying . I sat beside Tima and Chandra .

Chandra was balling her eyes out . I pulled her in to a hug & cried with her .

Me and Travis was sitting out on the pouch .

August: " nobody ever told me what really happened. What happened? "

Travis : " he got shot in the streets police think it was drug related . "

August: " damn Mel . " I said rubbing thru my curls .

Mama : " alright the limos are here . Everyone lets go. "

I love my momma.. She is being so strong at this time . If I was her I would have broken down . I love how she is a strong independent black women. ❤️

The family limo was me , momma , Chandra her three lil girls , Travis , Tima and Nic .

The car ride was silent all you could hear was Chandra & Nic's crying .

I tried to comfort Nic but she wouldn't come close to me I don't even remember what I did ? 😩

We put our sun glasses on and stepped out the limo.

Everyone had sat down then it was time for us to walk in.

We was walking and my moms broke down at the casket.

I seen Mel and he ain't even look the same . Tears came flowing down my eyes .

We all sat down and listened to the preacher.

Preacher // : " we would like to call his youngest brother August. "

I looked around and got up and walked to the microphone .

August: " * sniffs *  aye I wasn't prepared for this ... buh um.. I love my big bruhtha man uh he was like a fatha fi- * started to cry * "

August: " I cant do this . " I put the microphone down and went back to my seat .

We watched as Mel's casket went down to the ground one last tear rolled from my eye.

We got in the limo and pulled off make to my mommas house .

We got out and went in to eat .

By the time we had finished eating.. Me and Nicki decided we was gonna head back to LA .

We said are goodbyes and went to go catch our plane.

There was still no talking going on between me and Nicki & I don't like it at all when we get to the house it will be addressed.

We got off the plane and still no talking we got in the uber and rode home .

It was still quiet. The house was still trashed . I rubbed my hands thru my hair and Nicki went in the kitchen talking on the phone .

" yeah , I found a town house for me to live in "

August was ear hustling.

August knocks her phone out her hand .

August : " why the fuck are you talking about moving . "

I'm too pregnant for this ! I don't have to deal with this .. and I'm not anymore. So I took it upon myself to get the fuck up out of here before something happens to me or the baby . "

August starts kissing on her neck .

Nicki : " don't you realize that don't work no more . "

She said pushing him off of her.

August: " Nicki I'm so- "

Nicki : " shut up ! shut the fuck up ! If you was sorry we wouldn't be right here right now . "

August: " will. There ever be an us again ? "

Nicki : " only time will tell .. "
