Riley's P.O.V

Today was the second to last day of high school. I woke up to the piercing sound of my alarm clock. I rolled over to tap the snooze button but I almost knocked my lamp over so I decided to get up.

I got up from my bed and walked to the bathroom to shower. I got out of the shower, straightened my hair, put on a crop top and a skater skirt then put on shoes and grabbed my backpack that weighted more than Auggie.

I walked to the kitchen grabbed a banana and said bye to my parents then walked to school. Maya stopped picking me up at 7 a long time ago. That was when she started dating Lucas and shutting the rest of the world out.

I got to school and saw Farkle by my locker. I walked over to him. "Hey Farkle." I said opening my locker. "Hey Riles" I grab my books for first period and close my locker. "What class do you have first?" I ask Farkle. "History" he answers. "Okay Auggie took my schedule to make paper airplanes" I laugh. "Oh wow" farkle says and chuckles and runs his hand through his hair. Why is it so cute when he does that? I smile a little and walk to history with Farkle.

I sit in my usual seat and talk to Farkle while we wait till the bell rings. Maya and Lucas walk in. Maya not even bothering to say hello but I've gotten used to it. "Lucas what are we gonna do after school?" I hear Maya say. "Uh well I'm going to Zay's house so.." Lucas says "ugh again what about me??" she says. I whisper to Farkle "well Maya has changed since middle school" "Yeah she has." He whispers back.

The bell rings then school class starts.

--after school--

I get my stuff from my locker and put on my back pack and start to walk out of school. "Wait Riley!!" Farkle says running up to me. I turn around. "Yeah?" I ask. "Wanna come to my place and hang out" he asks. "Totally" I said.
