I woke up and took a long shower to clear my head. I stood there and thought about all the shit i been dealing with lately. I got out and got dressed. I put on a saywecanfly tank top and over 20 bracelets. And some black ripped jeans. I threw my hair up in a bun. I grabbed my black vans and my bag i put my headphones in and went walking. I didn't know where i was going but i just wanted to be alone. I walked and walked listening to my music until my phone died. I walked and walked until I couldn't walk anymore. I went into a Kmart and sat in the dressing room until my phone was charged then I snuck a few boxes of black purple an blue hair dye in my bag. I stole a monster and a box of peanut butter crackers left an started walking again. I plug my headphones in and pushed play and Saywecanfly and scars came on I sang along. I walked and came across a beautiful park I went up and sat in the big tree and listened to my music. I closed my eyes and dozed off a lil bit. I woke up an hour later. And by now it's like 2in the afternoon. I looked to see how much battery power I had left I had 50% I was good for now. I climbed high in the tree and realized that there was someone in another tree like 50 feet away he was playing a guitar I turned my music off and listened closely to him. I recognize the tune. I climbed down quietly and walked over and climbed up a bit an sat under him. He started singing scars by saywecanfly. I couldn't see his face cause his brown hair was in the way. He sounded beautiful a lot like Braden. He finished the song and then he noticed me. I quickly got down and ran off. I put my headphones back in and sat under a tree by a lake. I closed my eyes to just relax and someone pulled my headphones out my ears. I opened my eyes and went to yell at them but couldn't. No sound came out my mouth. I was looking into the beautiful eyes of Braden Barrie. He noticed my shirt and smiled then his eyes trailed down to my arms.. and sees all the scars. Then he looked sad and walked off. I teared up and walked off. Thinking wow not even Braden stays after seeing my arms. I walked faster and then someone grabbed my shoulder and turned me around and hugged me tight. When the hug broke apart Braden handed me how piece of paper that said "Your as beautiful as you were yesterday"
I stared at him for what felt like years before I got up and started walking. I didn't know what to say or do so I started to walk home. But I don't know where I was at really. I looked it up on google and I was 10 miles away from my house. I started walking and put my headphones in and blared music. I can't believe I just saw Braden and I just walked away. I stopped and took my headphones out and turned around to see him in his car behind me about to leave. I ran over quickly.
" Hi... I'm Amelia. I didn't mean to be rude and walk off. But I was shocked. Can I get a ride home? My house is 10 miles from here and my battery is going to die before I get there." He looked at me for a second.
"Hop in." I walked around and got in. I gave him my address and he put it in his GPS and started driving. I stayed quite not knowing what to say. I looked over at him and he was looking at me.
"So what you doing here on this side of town?" I asked him quietly.
"I love going to that park it helps me write songs. What about you why you walk so far from home?"
" well I needed to clear my head. My parents died a few days ago. They were murdered in their car while at the beach. So I walked and I didn't pay attention to where I walked to. I just saw the park so I came here."
"I'm sorry about your parents.. Do you wanna grab some dinner before I take you home?"
"No that's okay I don't have any money on me"
"I'll pay for it. Its not a big deal."
"Okay but when I get home I'll give you like $15." We drove around till he saw a little restaurant and pulled in the parking lot. We walked in and found a booth in the back corner. We looked at the menu and I ordered their hottest wings and then some cheese tots and large coke. He didn't have to order they knew what he wanted I guess he comes here a lot. I charged my phone while I could.
"So Amelia how old are you?"
"I'm 19 will be 20 in a few weeks."
"What do you do for fun?"
"Well I walk a lot and I write sometimes."
"Like what?
"I write stories and poems and once in awhile a song but its never any good"
"I bet your a great writer. I would love to read some of your stuff"
"Well maybe when I get home you can come in for a few and I could show you"
I took a sip of my drink and our food came. I started eating my food and so did he. We stayed in silence till we were done eating. It was now dark outside. So we decided to head to my house. Which wasn't far from the restaurant. We turned on my street and noticed a lot of fire trucks and cop cars. As we drove up closer I realized it was my house. "Nooo!!! Fuck all my stuff was in there." I ran out the car and a cop asked who I was. I told him this was my house. He then showed me a note that was tapped to my mail box. It read.
Hello Amelia, I killed your parents and I am now after you. Seems like your are not home. What a shame. I will find you soon. Bye for now

I felt my heart drop... I knew exactly who did this.. It was my mother and I stalker. He's been watching us for months. He was in love with me and he would do anything to get me. I refused to be with him and I hadn't seen him around so I thought he gave up. I have the police his name, address, and a picture of what he looks like. Then I got back in the car with Braden.
"I am so sorry.. But can you take me to the bank so I can get out my money. I need to get a hotel."
"I'll take you to get your money but I would like you to explain to me what happen."
I told him the whole story about the guy who was stalking me and my mother.
"Your not safe in a hotel by yourself I want you to come live with me in the UK. You'll be safe there." I looked at him like he was crazy. I couldn't possibly live with him we don't know each other. Plus I don't wanna be a pest.
"Braden that's very sweet but I'll be okay here. I don't wanna bother you. He won't find me."
"Yes he will and I don't want you to get hurt. So please come home with me." I look at him for a minute.
"Okay. I'll go with you. But i am getting my own place as fast as i can" We went to the bank and got all my money from it. There was a few hundred thousand in there. I put it in my safe box i had at the bank and took it with me. We bought our plane tickets and headed to the airport.
"Braden... Thank you so much for this." I looked at him sitting by me.
"No problem Amelia. I just want you safe. Now get some sleep its a long flight." I layed on his shoulder and dozed off listening to music thinking to myself.
I met Braden and I'm moving with him to the UK in less then 5 hours of knowing him. What a crazy week. Then I passed out completely
