December 17, 2015 (Christmas Party)
"Samantha! Guess what?!" Ruth, Samantha's friend said
"What?"
"Jefferson said something about you!!!" Ruth said, excited
"If he said I'm a tomboy, I'd rather not hear this great news of yours." Samantha said. Ruth rolled her eyes
"You're such a shit. I just wanted to tell you, he has a crush on you!" Ruth said. Samantha widened her eyes
"What the- That's impossible Ruth. No one will ever like me! I look like a boy!" Samantha said
"Fine. You won't believe me?" Ruth asked and pulled a boy "Go ahead Raven. Tell Samantha your best friend likes her." Ruth said
"Yeah he does have a crush on you. He told me last week." Raven said "Oh shit he's looking at me. Bye!" Raven said and ran out from the sight of the two girls
"Still don't believe me?" Ruth asked
"Fine I believe you." Samantha said and raised her hands.
"Alright. Oh hey! He said he wants a picture with you!" Ruth said
"Jesus no. I might look like I'm so interested and I might look so uninteresting." Samantha said. But too late, Ruth was already pulling her towards Jefferson.
"Hey Jeff! My friend here wants to have a picture with you." Ruth said. Samantha had her eyes wide
"What? N-"
"Just go!!!" Ruth whispered and pushed Samantha at the side of Jefferson. Both of them were red as a tomato. Jefferson's friends were wooting while Samantha's friends were squealing. Ruth snapped a picture from her Polaroid, and gave it to Samantha.
It was a long day. Everyone exchanged their gifts and played games. Until it was time to say goodbye.
"Alright I'll see you all after the Christmas break!" The teacher said and everyone went into their own ways.
"Hey Samantha."
Samantha looked at the one who called her, and she froze
"Hey Jeff. Whatcha doing?" Samantha asked
"Nothing. Just wanna bid you goodbye. Sooo yeah. Bye. Have a safe trip home!" Jefferson said and walked out awkwardly. Samantha felt her heart beating fast. She shrugged it off and went back to her home.
