Hi guys, hope you like the story. The girl up there is gonna be my main character Evangeline De La Cruz. Anyways I promised you guys that I'd tell you how this story came about. So my friends and I had planned to write a story with our different perspectives about these girls going to boarding school and becoming good friends after a rocky start. However after a month or so, we kinda just stopped. When I was cleaning files I didn't need from my computer, I came across the part I wrote and I thought it was pretty good. So yah.

Enjoy reading. Like and comment please because that would be so awesome and guys I haven't edited this yet, so apologies for the mistakes. Hehe. Let's get started.

Evangeline POV:

'She came closer toward me with her wand. She started to laugh."I have so many things in plan for you Evangeline," she crackled. She began to wave her wand and chanted "Cherries, sprinkles and awful Mondays, turn this girl into an ice cream sundae."

"You shall be an ice cream sundae forever and i'll have a scoop of you someday, Muahahahah!"

"No! Turn me back! I'm begging you!" I screamed. I suddenly started to feel drool and slobber covering my face. Oh no! I was being eaten. "No stop eating me, I'm too young to die," I wailed half asleep. Finally, wide awake, I came face to face with my little pug, Elvis. He still continued to lick my face. I realised that I was acting like a right idiot in my sleep. As I looked as my alarm clock, the time 5:30 am peered right back at me. If I didn't make a move on I was going to be late.

Today was the day I was going to St Marie's Academy in Kent. It was a was about 2 and a half hours away from my home in Coventry. I lived with my Granny, my uncle, Dave and his wife Katherine. Dave and Katherine were having a baby, and they had to also take care of my granny, so I decided to go to boarding school so that I wouldn't be a burden. Dave knew the headmistress of St Marie's Academy, so I easily got an admission there. Before I could run late, I hopped into the shower of the main bathroom and took a quick shower. I used my Body Shop chocomania shower gel and my coconut scented shampoo and conditioner. After which , I brushed my teeth till they were squeaky clean. I got changed into a white pole shirt,a cream sweater and back skinny jeans, which i paired with with brown boots. My motto was if its comfy then wear it. I blow dried my hair and tied it into a messy bun. I quickly applied a light coat of mascara and some lipstick in the shade of cinnamon twist to finish my look. I wasn't much of a makeup person, so it was pretty rare seeing me with make up.

I peered into my mirror to check that i looked alright. I had raven black hair, tanned skin and dark brown eyes. I was half Indian from my mother' s side and a quarter Spanish, as well as a quarter English from my father's side. I looked around my room. i was going to miss this place. I took my small handbag with my essentials and my guitar, the item which held most of my memories. Both good and bad.

The scent of pancakes and maple syrup filled the air. Its was granny's special pancakes. The scent was so enticing, that my senses decided to take my body down the stairs to get taste of those delicious pancakes.
