"No! No! No! You don't have to do this! Stop! You don't *gasp* have... to... do... this..." Was all he could gasp out before she killed him.
*Six hours earlier*
A group of lifelong friends go into the woods to search for a rare bird that had been said was in their area. But why? Just because Trixie wanted to get an A for her stupid biology class. Cece didn't care. Jackson didn't care. Well Jackson didn't care about anything besides hockey. The person who didn't care most, was Cece's boyfriend Ronnie. That's the only reason why Ronnie was in the group. He didn't know any of these people until he met Cece, then he was in. Cece had just moved from Japan a few years before. The only two who had actually known each other since first grade were Trixie and Jackson. Never once were Trixie and Jackson not by each others side. Jackson was like the leader in the group. Always has been, and always will be. Ask him any question about hockey and he will give it to you within 2.6 seconds flat. That's what he was good at. Everyone had their own talent, or really big interest. Trixie was the most charming girl in the group. Looks and smarts. All the boys just adored her, but she was more into her grades and school. Nothing else. Her long blonde hair made all the boys go nuts over her, but they mostly thought that she was hot and dumb. But why would they think shes dumb? Was it because she tried so hard at school? No, it was her hair. That's what she hated most about herself, her hair. All the stereotypes, she knew they weren't true, but, just the feeling of being called stupid and hot was not the girl she wanted to be known as. Her poor eyesight and fake looking glasses made it look like that she was just a dumb girl trying to be smart, this is what made Jackson really mad. Well all of her friends really. Not Ronnie though. He was all over her even though he was with Cece. All Ronnie cared about was anime and manga. He barely even noticed his own girlfriend who was from the place he longed to go. Cece started to get jealous of Trexie. So she had a plan. Get everyone lost in the woods.
"Hey, look over there!" She cried. Everyone looked thinking it was the bird.
"Did you find the bird?!" Trixie asked Cece over filled with joy.
"No, I just wanted to see you all look over there. Look, there's a path. Maybe if we go down it we can find the bird." Cece declared, grinning to herself. She had the most evil plan that no person would ever want to do to their best friends. And she knew it would get her on the death sentence, but she didn't seem to care. She wanted all of them dead.
They all follow Jackson who was in the front, guiding them. He knew these woods like the back of his hand.
"I think we're lost..." Ronnie coughed out. This was the first time that he had ever said anything not related to anime or manga.
"Do you know where we're going, Mr. Know-it-all?" Jackson asked sarcastically.
"Yeah. We have to go turn right." Ronnie said matter-of-factly.
"Guys, it's getting like, really dark. Maybe we should like, find a place to like, sleep. Like, you know?" Cece stated in a scared voice. The friends started to make a makeshift shelter out of twigs and what they had in their bags. After they were done, they started to fall asleep.
After two hours of uncomfortable sleep they heard a blood curdling scream from what sounded like Trixie. Everyone bolted up from their slumber.
"What was that?!"Jackson shouted. Cece gave a devilish grin but nobody saw.
"Where's Trixie?" He continued.
"Let's go to where the scream came from! Maybe it was her. And if it was, we can see what happened." Ronnie suggested. Jackson knew it was a bad idea. He went along with it anyways.

A series of short stories
General FictionThese are short stories that I have rather written when I couldn't sleep, or at school. I hope you enjoy them. There is a some very unappealing language in some of these so I apologize right away.
