Lucy is a child during the Battle of the Nazi's. She is a jew, along with her entire family. When her father is sent to war, she sends letter's to him, and he always replies.
Lucy thinks her family can fight through the war. She's the reason everybody keeps trying. But keeping alive a family of five, it's harder then people make out.
