Lucy Harper's pov

I woke up bright and early by a text message from Chase as usual.
C- You're coming to the sk8 park right?
L- Duh
Chase was like a brother to me, and that would never change. I got out of bed and took a quick shower and washed my hair. After I hopped out of the shower I slipped into my usual ripped jeans, band tee, mismatched socks, converse, and a black and blue SnapBack hat. I grabbed one of my skateboards and raced out the door. "Bye mom! Bye dad!"

I glided all the way to the skate park where the boys and I met every day. "Hey Lue!" Shouted the boys as I made my way over to them. "What's up guys! Are you ready to start?" I yelled. "Yeah we were working on some new tricks before you got here." Responded Chase. Great. They started without me again. Uggh I'm so behind on my tricks. "Nah I have to practice some of my own stuff. I'll watch after okay?" The boys nodded before speeding down the half pipe. I liked to warm up before doing anything super fancy so first I raced up one of the ramps jumping off of the end, then after landing I did a quick ollie, and finally I raced off of the end of some stairs and landed decently well.

Finally after finishing a few run throughs of some made up stunts, I skated over to the boys to see what they were up to. "I'm guessing Billy is still working on that jump huh?" I asked Charlie, another guy apart of our little group. He nodded. "I'll get 911 on speed dial." I commented, watching Charlie and Chase stifle their laughter. Billy had been working on his stunt for almost two months then, he even refused to name it until he completed it. That stunt was going to remain nameless forever. We watched and watched Billy until the park was practically empty. "I'm bored. Let's go do something else now." I stated. Everyone nodded in agreement, so we set off to start some trouble. We went to our local CVS and bought our usual amount of things. We bought latex gloves and lots of spray paint in almost every single color in the world. Next Charlie drove us to the principles house where we got started. Principle Harvey was probably the worst principle in the universe, and since it was summer we decided to give him a little we miss him present. We put our hoods on and our latex gloves, then we grabbed the spray paint; we were very carful not to leave and fingerprints or footprints in sight. We tiptoed to the side of the principles house and started to paint. Bright colors splashed over and against the wall so vividly, anyone could probably see the wall from space.

After lots of hard work we all heard our signal to run fast and clean up; police car sirens. Chase and Billy collected the empty spray cans while Charlie and I collected the full ones. Everyone else picked up any extra trash. Then we ran...

After we were out of the cops sight everyone went our separate ways, of course Chase dropped me off by my house before he went home. Once he disappeared into the darkness I grabbed the old ladder that leads to my bed window and climbed up. Sadly when I entered my room I had two surprises by the names of mom and dad waiting for me. "Oh. Umm... hey guys. What's up?" I said as casually as possible. "What's up is that we heard police sirens again and we know it was you and your awful friends." Said my father not to impressed. "Yup as usual it was us and as usual we didn't get caught. Let it go." I responded indifferently while climbing into bed. "We are tired of you getting into trouble; I know you said you don't need a boyfriend but we really think you do. You at least need some new friends, to fix this we are sending you away to a two week summer camp." Stated my mother. "What!? A summer camp! Hahaha I don't think so!" I shouted. My mother responded, "Don't worry I made sure that there was a skate park around the camp, and you are going because it's next week. We are driving you and staying with you until the bus leaves. Oh an by the way, we told the camp advisors to watch you so you don't sneak out. Love you goodnight!"

I can't believe this. Summer camp, at least there is a skate park. I thought to myself as I slipped into deep sleep.

Chase pov

"Summer camp! For how long?" I screamed. How could her parents do
this to her, and to me. I was just going to ask her out. What if she meets someone there? What will happen to us? Oh gosh what is happening to me?
