"Ugh.." I woke up in a dark and cold room. When I was about to move, I feel something touching my hands, legs, and found that I was tied into a chair.
"Sigh.. seriously?" This wasn't even a rare sight anymore. After the accident many people try to kidnap me, blackmail me and even worse kill me. I literally lived in the streets for those few days because of that.
Snapping out from my thoughts, I struggle to move hoping that the rope could loosen up. And despite the darkness that surrounds me, I looked around like a mad man hoping for any hint of light.
The darkness was slowly making me suffocated and I desperately gasp for air. I absolutely hate and despise darkness. When I was about to lose my mind, the door was opened letting the light to come into the room showing the silhouette of three men walking into the room.
Click. The sound of the light switch being turned on. I blink vigorously to let my eyes adjust to the light.
"Two bodyguards and a professor.." I thought. Two men in black suit wearing black tie, black shoes, and black pants with the addition of sunglasses.
"What is this, Man in Black?" realizing that I spoke aloud, I directed my eyes to a chuckle from a man with neat hair, wearing glasses in a long white robe that was carrying a bunch of books. The professor (I assumed) smiled at me widely showing all his teeth. I took a better look at my surroundings and saw that the room was completely white, there is nothing except for a desk and a chair in front of me.
"Hello." The professor waited as if expecting to get a reaction from me and I just stared at him. After a moment of silence, he just shrugged and help himself to sit in the chair in front of me. He placed his books neatly on the table and from his slightest movements I noticed that he had some kind of rosy smell on him.
The smell was making me drowsy. And apparently, my mind, disobeying me, it decides to dream. I had this blurry image on my mind, a big wooden house with lots of roses surrounding it and a boy that stood facing the house. I was drawn to him and I unconsciously drag my feet towards him, when I suddenly step on dry leaves and the sound of it made him turned to me and focused his light brown eyes to mine revealing his scar from his right eyebrow through the eye until his cheek. Thankfully though, his eyes were still fine and seemed unaffected by whatever it is that produce the scar. He looks older than me and with the white t-shirt hided by a leather jacket, tight jeans, and converse shoes, oh how I must say that he is absolutely gorgeous.
Somehow the image felt so unexplainably familiar to me.. I could hear the sound of the grass rustling, the warm air of spring, and.. him.
Who is he? Where is this? Is this.. my memory? But then, why don't I remember?
I reached my hand to the boy and he mouthed something that I couldn't make up. Then, he turned away and having that strange feeling of not being able to see him again, I ran towards him, but it seems that no matter how hard I try to run, I was never able to reach him. Suddenly, the image disappears when I heard a voice.
"..aze. Ms. Blaze ." The professor's voice shocked me out of my.. 'memory' and I looked ahead to see him scribbling something in his notebook. "Do you remember anything?" he fixed his cold blue eyes into mine.
"I.. what.. wait.. how do you know my name? I mean, who are you even? Where the hell am I?"
I waited for his response but there was none.
