coralines point of view.
I watched my youngest child as she pranced around in her new beautiful pale pink dress, it was simple and the neckline went up to the middle of her neck, she was beautiful, everyone in my kingdom knew so, guards scattered everywhere because of it, though my princess didn't know, she was in danger at every moment she spent outside of the castle walls, many guards bid to her every need, if she wanted to have a tea party, they sat down with her, I could tell they truly cared about her, and I know its not just because of the money, most of them use their money to buy her new toys and dresses.
I feared for her life and her innocence, I had hoped she would stay young forever, from the moment I stared into her bright purple eyes I knew I had fallen in love with my daughter, she was my only daughter who looked like their father, all the others had dirty blonde hair and light grey eyes, there was no doubt that she was victors daughter, from her white blonde hair and purple eyes, to the way she scrunches her nose when she's mad, she was just like him.
Her smile was her own, it was neither like mine or victors, that was probably due to her unusual puckered heart shaped lips, I hated that her life would be full of war and death, no matter how much I tried, I couldn't protect her from this cruel world and its rules, it seems fate has something in stored for her, I'm praying its something that will benefit her and help her, not destroy her.
Would she ever be able to make her own choices? Would she be able to truly enjoy life? I would given up my soul just for her to live another day.
I coughed harshly at the over bearing smell of apple scented perfume, and as I realised who it belonged to, I felt my heart break a little.
"Mommy, are you Kay?" My princess was suddenly in front of me hugging my leg, I sighed and rested my hand on her cheek.
"Yes, I'm just a little overwhelmed with all the pollen in the air."
Victor was known for keeping mistresses, even though it hurt, more and more each day, I stayed quiet, after all, in this kingdom the queen stays silent, and the king does whatever he wants, I hated it, especially when he introduced them to my children.
My little princess frowned and looked up at me with assessing eyes, "I smell apples." She mumbled pulling away, looking extremely concentrated, my heart skipped a beat, she was always so observant, she was too smart for her own good.
"Miss Madelyn, do you wish to go into town?" I let out a sigh of relief as Madelyn looked up at Oliver, a kind gaurd who often watched her.
She looked at me for a second, before looking up at oliver, "May mommy come?" Instantly Olivers face turned red as he looked up at me, it was unexpected for both of us, as she usually went alone (with four of our best gaurds of course) Oliver hesitated and stared at me waiting for an answer.
"I'm sorry honey, I have to stay here and take care of some things." I felt my heart ache as I saw her shoulders slump and eyes dull, before she grabbed Olivers hand, looking back at me one last time before they went out of sight.
I looked up as I heard giggles and my husbands voice, and slowly I felt myself wanting to just run away, but I wouldn't, for my children.
I stood up from the bench and tried not to listen as the moans started, he wouldn't hurt me anymore, he's not dominant over me, not anymore, if he wanted to be such a prick, well, I can play games too.

RomanceMadelyn was... Special, not just because she was a princess, nor because she had beautiful purple eyes, she was gorgeous, childish and spoiled, yet kind. She also had two boys after her heart, not just any boys, princes to be exact.
