1. The name you want to go by in the imagine. Or if you prefer not to be named I can use Y/N for your name.
2. Who you want to be with in the imagine...like who is this imagine on?
3. Story Genre ex.) Romance, Comedy, Horror, Sad, Fluffy. etc or if you would like you can tell me the story plot if you have one in mind.
