Would Soon Be Born

You're feeling obscure,
on your tenebrous view,
of your room.
Wherever you glance,
all you descried,
is a dismal, nocturnal sight.
A night,
devoid of light.
It's like you're being trapped,
with no one else to ask,
if there is still, a way out.
It's like it's the end of the world,
and you are left with no one else,
to be consoled.
As you registered, the thought.
It's like you would want the floor,
to swallow you whole.
But then, you let your eyes wander,
to the window.
And perceived,
that you're not alone, after all.
The moon is there,
for all of us to see, a certainty.
That there's gleam,
no matter how dim, our situation is.
And on that very moment,
your once unlit and murky sight,
turns,
to a starry night.
It's being illuminated,
by the stars and the moonlight.
They're a thousand heaven sent lamp.
To elucidate,
our gloomy state.
A beacon, to give us hope.
That dawn,
would soon be born.
