Chapter one

current day.

I walked in the rain knowing no one would see the tears streaming down my cheeks. He hurt me badly. I never knew i would fall for someone so hard and he just dropped me like a hot potatoe.

As i walked home his car pulled up beside me.

"Baby get in, please? You know i didn't mean that" He pleaded

I stopped and sunk my nails in my palm.

"You hurt me James! And i know you meant every word you said back there and don't denie it!" I yelled but i felt like the rain blocked off my words even though we were only a few feet apart

"Baby you know i would never mean to hurt you. I was just angry that't all, My Ex was giving me a hard time with child support and at work my boss as been on my ass! you know i love you and i would never mean such a thing!" He replied and moved the car slowly up as i walked down the sidewalk holding myself from the cold

"My Wife this My wife that! James That's all you ever say is that its her fault! I don't want a pussy of a boyfriend i want a man who chases after their girl and doesn't break them like you just did" I cried again and tried walking faster but he had a mustang i would never be able to compete

Then i noticed the car wasen't fallowing me anymore. the lights were off so I thought he might be thinking about this or he's wondering if he should just go back home.

All of a sudden he ran up behind me and pulled me to his chest but i fought him at first beating at his chest but he stood there like it didn't even faze him.

"Baby stop, Listen to me" He said taking my wristes in his big hands stopping me from punching his strong chest

"I love you, your the only one for me and i never want to lose you. My Ex is out of the picture. I would never want to hurt you, hell i hate to see you cry Even!" He said

"You knew i was crying?" I said softly

he nodded and whipped my tears which held my mascara on my cheeks

"I notice a lot of things about you like the way you like your hair to fall on your right shoulder, or when you crack your fingers when your nervous even when i tell you to stop because its bad for you, or that you like to dig your toes in the grass. Baby i know a lot of things about you" He said

"Why did you say that though, what made you so angry about what i did that you had to say that?" I asked feeling a clump in my throat waiting for an answer

He sighed and looked down then back up at me.

"I was scared i was going to lose you, I was scared someone was going to find out, I was scared that you didn't love me the way i love you, so for me i pushed it away by being mean so i didn't have to feel scared but now after thinking about it i feel like a total asshole for doing that to you and i'm so sorry baby" He said basically begging

"I don't know" I said still feeling a little sad about earlier

"here Let me see about that" He said and pressed his warm lips on mine making me feel that little tingle up my spin and those butterflies exploded in my stomach and those fireworks. Just like the first time i met him. He let go of my wrists and i automatically put them on his shoulder and put my right hand on the back of his head keeping us from breaking the kiss.

"How about now?" He said still keeping our hot lips close together but our foreheads glued together

"Amazing simply amazing" I whispered on his lips

He smiled and pressed his heated lips back on mine.

"Come on baby girl lets get you warmed up and I'll call your mom to tell her your sleeping over" He said and laced fingers as he walked me back to the car

"Will Casey be home?" I asked

"Nope, shes with her mom till Sunday night so we have a whole weekended to our self" He smiled and kissed my forehead

I smiled and I was pretty happy to be held by James. He was everything to me. My man, Lover, Best friend, Oh and my best friends dad...
