Rescue- Prologue

The night is dark and mysterious, the full moon shines down over the valley. The green grass soft and smelling sweet. I'm alone with my boyfriend Stefan. Kissing, heart pumping, his body presses down on mine. I feel his hand slip under my tank top.
"No." I murmur against his lips but he just ignores me and unclips my strapless bra. I wriggle under him.
"Stefan,no!" I gasp as his hand reaches my full breasts. I try to struggle but he rips off the rest of my clothes. He keeps me pinned as he takes off his. I pound my fists against his chest and in response he holds them above my head and pries open my legs. Then he thrusts. Pain. Enough pain to make me scream as he continues to thrust.

     The hunt. I prowl the forest looking for sustenance. I'm about to pounce on a rabbit when I hear the scream. Usually if I hear a human's scream I just ignore it. It's none of my business but this scream strikes a chord within me, making me flinch. It's a scream full of pain and defeat and suddenly I'm running with inhuman speed, not slowing until I get to the edge of a large clearing. My eyes take in the scene before me and I rip the boy off of the girl. She's shivering, her naked body bathes in the moonlight but that's not what makes me pause. It's her eyes, a pure purple. Straight silky looking black hair reaches to her thin waist. She looks up at me, eyes wide and swimming with tears and her full lips quivering. I nod at her, grab the boy and leave.
