When the rain falls down and hits the ground.
I love to see the sunlight hit the water after a gentle rain it glimmers and shines.
It eases my mind.
It happens all the time.
If you look just right you will see the light sparkle and shine.
It is like a prism a miniature rainbow from the sky.
