"How much longer?" Adam whined like a five year old.

We boarded the plane around 3 hours ago and Adam has been whining for the last hour.

"11 more hours, Adam." I replied.

"But I don't want to wait 11 more hours." Adam complained.

"Neither do I, Adam. But we have to." I replied.

"I don't want to." Adam said once again.

"Adam, please stop complaining. I'm trying to sleep."

Adam then soon shut up.

"Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

"Adam Mitchel Lambert, I'm going to throw you out a window."

"How much longer?"

"8 more hours, Adam. Can we go back to sleep now?"

Adam groaned. "Yes, we can go back to sleep."
___________
8 hours later
Adam and I woke up to find the pilot telling us to put our seat belts on.

"Finally!" Adam groaned.

"Adam..." I groaned.

"Sorry..." Adam said.

The private jet landed at LAX and we got off the plane.

"Hello Los Angeles since we're not in Hollywood!" I shouted, spreading my arms open.

And also running past Adam.
Again.

Adam was laughing behind me.

I turned around. "How much did you bring? The whole house?".

"Nope. Although that would be a world record. I just packed my clothes."

"Before we go to my house, can you drop me off at work?"

"What for? Let your boss think you're still in Sydney."

"I have to turn in what I have so far."

"Oh..."

"Yeah..."

A silence fell between, except for the sound of the wheels of Adam's suitcases.

Our eyes met his Maserati and we got in it.

"So, where we going tonight?"

"The Nice Guy LA."

"Paparazzi will defiantly be there."

"And you'll be there also. Writing about me."

"Yeah, yeah. Once I turn in those files."

"Can't you do it tomorrow? You still have to do tonight's report."

"Ugh! Fine. I'll go tomorrow."

Adam laughed and drove towards my house.

"By the way, my car is at the airport."

"You are not telling to drive to the airport. Did you leave it a LAX?"

"Nope and yup."

"Good. I don't wanna drive to LAX."

Adam soon arrived at my house.

"Nice house."

"Thanks."

"Help me pack?"

"Of course."
________
Adam and I sat down on my couch as we just finished packing the last suitcase.

We both yawned and we laughed at each other.

Finally, before you know it, Adam and I fell asleep, his head on my shoulder and my head on his head.
