When I woke up Paul and Shawnie weren't next to me, I heard the water running on the shower and thought it was Shawnie since Paul's bags and phone were gone figuring he was at the gym, and Shawnie stayed me for me to wake up so we could head tot he gym. He out his shoes on on and I did my hair putting it in a five piece braid, getting my cross runners on and following Shawn out the door to our truck. Wwe had their own private cross fit gym. Cross fit was my favourite I had the body to go for, I didn't see dad anywhere so I was working out with shawnie and Paul. Shawnie gave me the rope and I did 120 After that we went to the benches to work out our upper body.y spotter was the great khali I bench pressed 225 for 10 reps. We started to have a contest for who could do the most push ups I came in second while Paul came in first and shawnie came in third cause his knee gave out cause it locked.
