Jayson is Hectors twin . He got arrested yesterday because a girl framed him on raping her because He didn't want to talk to her  anymore . So they took him and he had court today in the morning, that is why we didn't see Ashley and the whole drama with her . We would have gotten the information if ,  my mother didn't make me go to school when she noticed I was still at home  .

"They said that there is not enough evidence to say it was rape . Also that since he is not 18 years older and the girl wasn't either they get a lower sentence . Anyway , long story short he got 2 and a half years in jail ."Hector said while rubbing his knuckles

"Man that sucks "

"Yeah dude " me and Aaron both say patting Hector in the back .

"Anyway let's go back to class "Hector said while standing up

It was finally time to go to the party , I put on a dark blue shirt and and black pants .

I went down stairs and got in my car . I do own a motorcycle but I know I will be harder to drive in my motorcycle then in a car in the dark with drunk people .

*Skip time when getting to the party *

When I got to the party the party was a full swing . There were people grinding against each other , and making out and I am pretty sure I saw a couple of people  having sex in the bushes .

Going straight to the kitchen I grab a beer . I gulp it down and the a couple shots of tequila  . I stay around in the kitchen waiting for someone to catch my eye . I then see a red headed coming my way .

Waking up all the memories start to crash on to me .   About the last the girl and how I left her immediately after having sex with her  . I turn around to see what time it was  , it was 12 O'clock in the afternoon . I then remember that Hector or Aaron said something about Ash awaiting trail at 12 O'clock . I turn on the TV in my room to see if the news says anything . I wait and wait into her name is said .

"Ashley Vicente Bruke has been gone to jail for  approximately three years. She will return back to Lincoln Highschool Afters after finishing her sentence "

"WHAT !! SHE GETS TO RETURN TO LINCOLN HIGH !!!!"I yell at the TV .

"Ashley will attend parole for approximately 2 months, and will not need our supervision anymore  "

It then cut to the judge( I presume)and he stated

"The lawyer of Miss.Bruke had very good points and marks . Miss.Bruke was bullied and harassed at her school . She did that out of self defense and anger  .That is why she only got three years  of prison and 2 months of parole "

Turning off the TV I wondered about Ashley . I mean I know the Bruke family ,we not personally but socially. Everybody knows the Bruke family . At the mean time they were in California , but I do wonder is Ashley is related to the Bruke family . I know that there is a possibility because the Bruke family has a girl named  Ashley Bruke . Also the mother of Ashley Bruke is a very good and successful lawyer . All I can do is wait now to ask her . 3 fucking years I need to wait .
