There had been two friends who had been quite comfortable with each other. They gave each other nicknames, Rock and Wall. Rock would often talk to Wall when she felt sad and Wall would make her feel the best he possibly could. They were very compatible.
One day had approached where Rock had felt sad. She walked to Wall and asked him about what to do.
"Don't worry about it. You'll be fine," Wall patted her. "You are my sunshine."
Instantly Rock felt better. She melted inside Wall's arms. She still felt the need to pay the favor back to Wall.
Wall had been upset one day with a loss in one of his favorite games. He raged and kicked everything in his path. He bumped into Rock. She patted his head and sang him a peaceful song.
"I could never have thought you were the one to make my day all the better," Wall had said to her.
She smiled at him and rested her head on his shoulder. They both sat there, with their heads leaning against each other.
It had been peaceful for that moment until rain poured. Wall face-palmed himself.
"I forgot an umbrella. Sorry, Rock." He took his coat to cover her, but she gave it back.
"I love the rain!" She splashed in the puddles.
Wall had been grumpy with the weather and detested it, but when Rock convinced him to join her in playing in the rain, he laughed at her adorable ways.
Later that day, both Rock and Wall went to sleep. Rock tossed and turned and screamed aloud because of her nightmare. Wall quickly ran to her room and held her hand. She held it tightly and made room for Wall. Wall snuggled next to her for the rest of the night.
