This is an idea of mine that I've been thinking about doing for a while now, and with a little pushing from others, I've finally decided to do it!
The rules are simple:
1. Under any chapter that has the image you desire, comment under it saying that you'd like to use the image. Up to three people are allowed to use the same image.
2. Tag me in the finished creation. I will put the name of the final product and tag both you and the author under the chapter containing the original image.
That's pretty much it. For specific images, just comment under this chapter and request it, and I will try to fulfill it.
