Debt of gratitude Part 1.

Di ko masyadong maalala pero alam ko, its 19 years ago, Lex and I are 6 at that time. Ito ang katotohanan sa pagkakabagok ng ulo ko.

Honestly, I'm jealous of Lex, Lex is originally favored by Dad, adored by Mom and favorite of Lola, eh paano ba naman, he's smart, obedient and mature.

And me? makulit, bumabagsak at pasaway! Dad even told me na dapat ako ang pinangalanang Lex Luthor! ouch right? And you know what, binago pa ni Dad at Papa ni Cleo ang kasunduan. They agreed that Lex is much more suitable for Cleo! double ouch right?!

Then this day came, Mom, Lex and Me went out shopping for Dad's birthday. Pareho kaming nakatayo ni Lex sa likod ni Mama habang namimili sya ng regalo para kay Dad. I was so bored at that time. Tingin ako ng tingin sa paligid ng mapatingin sa Arcade sa tapat.

"Whoa! Lex! Look oh! punta tayo dun!" kalabit ko sa kanya sabay turo sa may Arcade.

"No, Clark, lets wait for Mom!" matigas na tugon nya.

Sus, dominante talaga! KJ! Gayunpaman, tanaw pa rin ako ng tanaw sa Arcade.

Duh! bahala na sila! basta ako magaarcade na! Tumingin ako kay Mama at busying busy pa rin sya. I looked at Lex at nakamatyag sya sa akin.

"What??" banat ko sa kanya.

"Clark, dont even dare go out of this stall or else---"

"Heh!"  di ko na sya pinatapos at binalewala ko sya. Lumabas ako ng boutique at humarap sa kalye.

What can go wrong? tatawid lang naman diyan sa tapat eh!

I was out in the street and looked for speeding cars, since wala naman, I dashed to the road! i ran to cross then suddenly a car appeared out of nowhere! i knew it i'll get hit! masasagasaan ako! then this incident happened....

Someone pushed me to save my ass! and guess what? its Lex! Tinulak nya ko para di ako masagasaan! he's about to sacrifice himself! Sa totoo nyan, sa sobrang lakas ng pagkakatulak nya, tumama ang ulo ko sa poste at nabagok ang ulo ko, but who cares? okay na to kaysa makaladkad ng kotse noh!

I was almost losing conciousness and Lex is about to get hit by that car! then suddenly, Mom came and pushed Lex! Nasagasaan si Mama at naandaran ng kotse ang mga paa nya!

Then with that scene, I blacked out. Nagising na lang ako sa ospital ng may tahi at benda sa ulo. Dali dali akong bumangon para hanapin si Lex at Mama. Oo! Si Mama! I saw her getting hit by the car! I was panicking already! at si Lex! si Lex! I need to thank him!

Lumabas ako ng kwarto and I saw dad yelling at Lex and saying hurtful things to him!

"LEX MY GOD WHAT HAVE YOUVE DONE!!? I THOUGHT YOU KNOW BETTER?! GODDAMN IT! YOUR MOM AND CANNOT WALK ANYMORE AND CLARK IS STILL NOT WAKING UP!! CMON LEX! ANSWER ME! EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!"

Tinignan ko si Lex at nakayuko lang sya. Niyuyugyog sya ni Dad para magsalita. Iniangat ni Lex ang tingin nya at nakita nya ako. I was about to enter the scene when he said something to dad.

"Im sorry Dad, I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I'm at fault! I was the one to be blame because of what happened! I did this to Mom and Clark!"

What the?! why did Lex did that?! pinagtakpan nya ko kay Dad!

"Shit! Shit Lex!"  dabog ni Dad and he hit him in the face!

Nagwalk out si Dad at tumakbo ako kay Lex.
