My Summer Fling

Today was my last day of school. I am officially a Sophomore. Today is also my last day of being in Ohio until school starts back up. My mom told me a week ago that she had a big business trip in Europe that would last all summer. She also told me that i would have to spend the summer in Arizona with her old friend and her kids.
*Bell Rings*
School is finally over. As i head to my locker Makayla and Hope meet up with me.
"Hey girl." Hope says looping our arms together. "What are your summer plans?" Shit. I forgot to tell them that I'm going to Arizona. I hope they don't react to bad. "Well, my mom has to go on a big business trip to Europe so i have to go to Arizona to stay with one of her old friends and her kids and I'm gonna be down there all summer." I tell them nervously as we reach our lockers. I grab my book bag and sling it over my shoulder as a slam my locker door and turn around.
"Fuck. I was hoping we could hit up all the summer parties together. But anyways what are the kids names? Are there any boys? Are they cute?" Makayla asks me as she shuts her locker door in sync with Hope.
"There is Hunter, he is 15 and me and him used to be friends but I haven't seen him since i was two. Then there's Brandon and Ashton I don't know how old they are and i have never met them." I answer all her questions as we begin to walk out the front doors. On our way home we make small talk, goof around and listen to music you know everything we do any other day. As we make it closer to our houses (because we all live in a row) Hopes lover boy Nick meets up with us. We decide to hang at my house for awhile until my mom gets here.

We all walk up to my room i throw my book bag on the ground next to my computer desk. Everyone sets their book bag down next to mine as I sit on my bed. Nick sits in my computer chair, Hope sits on my bed with me and Makayla lays down on the couch i have in my room. Nick gets on my computer and starts typing. "What are you doing Nick?" I ask as he keeps typing. "Making you a YouNow so you can broadcast while you're in Arizona." He answers as he presses 'Go Live'. "What the hell is YouNow and how did you know I was going to Arizona?" wondering how he knew that already even though I only told Hope and Makayla. "YouNow is a live broadcasting website where anyone and everyone can watch you and Hope told me." He answered everything as i got up and walked over to the computer. "Hi everyone. I'm Nick and this is Kaitlyn." He pointed to me and I waved into the camera. "And this is her account. She will broadcast everyday at 7." He told everyone that was watching as he ended the broadcast.

Just then I heard my moms car pull into the driveway. Everyone got up and grabbed their book bags. We all walked down the stairs and into the living room. My mom came in and told everyone 'hi' but they had to leave because I have to pack. My flight leaves for Arizona tomorrow and I still needed to pack more. I told everyone bye and headed back upstairs.

I closed my door behind me and locked it. I connected my rose gold IPhone 6 plus to my water speakers and put on Pandora. The song 'She Bad' came on and I started dancing as I made it to my closet I got out my last suitcase that needed to be packed. I sat it on my bed and got the rest of my clothes out of my dresser drawers and put them neatly into the suitcase. I put my laptop charger in it as well and zipped it up. I sat the suit case next to the other two and grabbed my carry on bag and laptop case. I put my laptop away and sat it on my bed. The song changed to 'Right By My Side' by Nikki Minaj. I walked into my bathroom and put all my essentials into the bag. I put my toothbrush and toothpaste, my birth control, my hair brush, my hair straightener, my curling wand, my makeup, and my shampoo and conditioner.

I decided to take a shower so I started the water and walked back into my room. I sat the carry on bag with the rest of the suite cases and grabbed my yoga shorts and a sports bra and went back into the bathroom. As I walked into the bathroom i took my shirt off. I took of the rest of my clothes and hopped into the shower. I shampooed and conditioned my long brown hair and washed my body turning the water off afterwards. I got out, wrapped my hair in a towel and dried my body off. I quickly put my clothes on because I was tired. I brushed my teeth and took my hair out the towel brushing it out afterwards.

I turned the light off to the bathroom and my bedroom. I grabbed my phone off the night stand and hopped into my bed cuddling my sheets making myself comfortable. I got onto Twitter going through all my notifications. I seen that Hunter followed me and like my last picture post. So I followed him back and did the same. I made a Tweet saying @baby_girl_kaitlyn: Arizona here I come @hunterrowland22.

A minute or two later he favorited it and retweeted saying he can't wait to see me. A set my alarm and locked my phone sitting it down on the night stand. Drifting off to sleep shortly after.
