Poison ivy had just finished pouring herself a glass of wine when she heard a knock at her door. For a moment she was worried someone had tipped batman off to her hideout. Then she heard a too excited hyena scratch at her door. "Again?" She sighed. Opening the door to see Harley Quinn her dearest friend practically sobbing into Her hyenas' fur. "What happened this time?" Ivy said bringing her to a nearby couch locking the door behind them.
"I-I wa-as at home. A-and he pulled a gun and Plastic wrap." She stuttered sobbing into Ivy's comfortable hug. "And THEN HE TRIED TO PLAY IT OFF AS A JOKE. IM THROUGH WITH THAT NO GOOD JESTING JERK" she practically yelled. Kicking her feet like a toddler. " anyhow can I stay with you for a while? 'Till I can get my own place?" She said finally calm(ish?).
"Harley dear you can stay here as long as you need. Just please say you aren't going to go running to him again. A sweet smart girl like you is wasted on the likes of him." She soothed. That joker really put Harley through hell but she always ended up back there again.
"I ain't goin back there eva! That no good mista J. Ain't seein this clown eva again. No matta what." Harley said with a tone of determination.
"Good for you Harley! Stay strong. Let me go make your bed" she walked out of the room blankets in hand. "I hope you don't change your mind again." She murmured. If she had a dollar for every time Harley came running to her after a break up with the joker, she would have no reason to steal. The worst part was she knew it would once again end up with her in heartbreak and Harley in the clutches of that crazy jerk. But still a girl can hope.
