Beep beep beep beep

What the heck
Oh it's my alarm clock

I pressed snoozed on it and went back to sleep

I was awoken by my mom yelling
"Ellie get dressed or we're going to miss our flight!" My mom yelled

Today me and my mom are moving from Florida to London, in the U.K. I'm excited about going, but I'm not excited about waking up early

My mom got transferred there from her  work and she decided it would be good for a change for me and her

It's just me and my mom
My dad walked out on me and my mom when she had me, saying he couldn't handle everything and that he needed a new life
So they signed the divorce papers and I've never met him, and I don't want too because of what he did to me and my mom

I got dressed for the 12 hour plane flight ( in the pic above) and got all my electronics and magazines I would be using during the flight
We got in our jeep and parked it where they would put it on a ship and be in the UK by the time we got there

Me and my mom showed the lady our tickets and got in the plane
I found my seat and sat down
My mom sat behind me because we didn't get the same seat numbers

I was a little nervous to see who i was sitting next too, I hoped it would be someone at least around my age
(I'm 14)

A boy came up to me

"Um hi I'm pretty sure this is my seat, is that ok?" He said with a British accent

"Yeah, that's cool" i said

He smiled at me and sat down

"Well since we are going to be sitting next to each other for 12 hours, do you think we should get to know each other?" He asked

"Sure" I replied

"Ok, my names Cruz Beckham, what's your name?"

"I'm Ellie Ovard" I answered

"How old are you?"

"14"

"Cool one of my brothers is 14, I'm 12 and I have another brother who is 17 and a little sister who is 5"

"I'm an only child"

"Why are you coming to London?"

"I'm moving there, what about you?"

"I live there, I was just on vacation with my mum" he pointed behind him and my mom and his mum sat next to each other and were in a conversation

We talked a few more times and it turns out we are going to live in the same Neighborhood! He also goes to an all boys private academy and he plays football (soccer in America)

I told him that I played Volleyball and I modeled for some clothing companies like American Eagle

We talked until we both fell asleep

I woke up in the middle of the night to something buzzing

I looked around and saw that it was Cruzes phone

I didn't want to say anything but then Cruz woke up

"I'm sorry did my phone wake you up?" He said

"Oh no, it's just that I can't sleep very well on planes for some reason" I said

He looked on his phone and saw that someone was trying to FaceTime him

"Oh my bother Romeo, the one who is 14 too wants to FaceTime, is it ok that I show him who you are? Because he's probably with dad or Brooklyn, the one who is 17, and they will most likely ask questions about the flight" he asked

"That's totally cool" I said

He smiled and pressed answer

"Hey Romeo, hey Brooklyn" he said

"Hi Cruz, where are you guys?" I heard another boy who had a British accent say

Cruz looked over at me with a questioning look on his face

"I'm pretty sure we are in New York" I said laughing

"Who is that?" An older boy said

"Oh guys this is my new friend Ellie, we sit next to each other on the flight, it turns out she's moving into our neighborhood!" He said excitedly

He turned the phone to me and I smiled

I saw a very cute boy with Blond hair and and an older boy with dark brown hair

"Hi Ellie I'm Brooklyn" the dark hair boy said waving

"Hello nice to meet you" I smiled

I looked over at the blond boy

He was staring at me with his jaw dropped a little

I blushed and looked down
