Manik pov

I'm sitting in our room with my hands on my head thinking about recent not so good incident , I have made a big mistake by accepting this wedding contract , instead I would've gone to Somalia for sight seeing ! I mean what's more worst than decorating mandap for your crush and enemy ?

I heard footsteps looked up to found druv standing trying hard to suppress his laugh .. He handled me a water bottle

"chill bro, sometimes it happens" druv said controlling his laughter

I took the bottle from his hands and emptied it on his face "not funny druv"

"ahh thanks, you know I love PaNi 😉"

"please don't irritate me more, I'm already enough irritated " I said controlling my frustration

" calm down, toda time lagega but trust me you'll get used to all of this"

In return he received a flying pillow from me which didn't hit hard on his face

"what if nandini is against this marriage ? What if she's waiting for some kind of help? Like some rescue ?"

" Bollywood movies bahut dekte ho na tum?!, stop overthinking" druv exclaimed

Yea maybe I'm over thinking or maybe I'm not ?! Ahh this is seriously soo frustrating

"come let's go,cabir's calling us" druv said and dragged me along

My eyes are red with anger when I saw nandini feeding sweets to madhyam and their smiles are like garnish to my already burning anger.. There's nothing happening like I expected .. I imagined nandini would be crying sitting in an a corner but situation is completely different here.. She's smiling , laughing and enjoying .. Huh I can't watch this anymore , I closed my eyes and turned around and bumped into a wall

"ouch" I shrieked in pain, I rubbed my temple and opened my eyes and realized that I bumped into a person not a wall.. I looked up to see his face

Manik : (shocked ) kattapa?!!!

Kattapa: yaar ni? (who are you )

Manik : no I already did nini 😂 (bath)

Kattapa: enna? (what)

Meanwhile cabir came there interrupted their conversation ..

Cabir; amm .. Sir he's my friend I bought him..

Kattapa: ask him to watch his steps!

Cabir: sure sir!

Kattapa left from there leaving a shocked Manik

Cabir : he's nandini's father.. Be careful !

Manik : yea I've seen him once in college !

Cabir : you know about him right ?!

Manik : yea I do and I'll be careful you don't worry

Cabir : good now come with me .. We've some work to do

Navya: can you do me a little favor ?!

Navya: can you please give this dress to nandini .. I mean to bride.. Actually I've got an important work and I need rush

Manik :umm.. You sure I should give ?

Manik pov:
I'm designing the stage for sangeet when nandini's friend came to me and handed over a dress and requested me to give her as she got some important work.. At first I pretended to be a little hesitant but then who wants to miss this golden chance ?! finally I can talk with my crush! Complement her , friendship with her and we'll share some personal details ,cozy time, confession and MARRIAGE CANCEL !!

I was bought back from my dreamy thoughts when I saw a hand on my chest, my gaze followed the personality and noticed he's a bodyguard ! I with altitude threw his hand back

Manik : I need to give this dress to bride

Bodyguard : your I'd ?

Manik showed his I'd card and bodyguard allowed him to go upstairs to nandini's room

Manik : ok.. I'm quite nervous now, I'm standing in front of nandini's room .. Am gonna knock, she opens, we'll talk and a beginning to new journey 😂 f*** off maddy.. Nandini is mine

With a grin I knocked at the door.. "coming navya" I heard her sweet voice .. Really sweet just like gulabjamun!

She opened the door , I looked at her, she looked at me , we both locked at each other .. And next time moment I screamed followed by her scream, the very next moment I fainted in her arms..

Nandini pov:

I just came from shower wrapped in my favorite baby pink towel when I heard a knock , probably navya has bought my dress I thought "coming navya" I shouted and opened the door only to get shocked .. I saw man of 6feet standing in front of me, I'm pretty sure he goes to gym and probably has 6 pack too but why the heck is he standing in front of my room ? Before I could react he let out a loud scream , seeing him scream I too screamed .. And next he fainted in my arms.. I heard footsteps .. Probably bodyguards .. Shit!!

I dragged him locked the door and stuffed him under the bed.. I can already hear loud bangs on my door.. Immediately I changed and opened the door to find almost half of the khandan in front of my room

Kattapa : nandini what happened ?

Nandini : "appa.. Wo.. Co.. Cockroach tha!" but he didn't seemed to be convinced by my answer .. So he came inside followed by guards and took a round around my room ..

Kattapa: be careful

Nandini : "sure appa!" I sighed in relief and closed the door .. I dragged him out , I wonder why did he faint ?

I bought a glass of water and was about to sprinkle it on his face but before I could do he shot opened his eyes causing me to gasp..

He stood up twirled 5-6 times and hit his head to a wall, after getting hit he shook his head and rushed to the main door opened it and ran away .. While I'm standing here still in shock due to his bizarre behavior
