Nandos was about a twenty minute walk away from the rink, but believe me it was a great twenty minutes. Brad and Tristan entertained us the whole way their with their "Tradley" attics and we even court them taking a cheeky little selfie together, to be honest you would think they were more like an old married couple as oppose to two best friends. James help my hand as we walked along giggling and laughing. Often we would catch a glimpse of each other's eyes and both go a little red (well I probably went the colour of a tomato knowing me). Connor was also walking along side us holding on to Emily's hand tight, I think that deep down he still felt a little guilty over making us fall over on the ice, which is so sweet but it was a joke and we both laughed about it and understood.

It wasn't long before we were at the Nandos and we got a huge round booth all to ourselves. We all sat round debating what we were going to get. I often felt myself drifting off into a daydream as I watched James run his fingers through his perfectly quiffed hair, which he was clearly proud of (and so he should be, I mean after all it was perfect!)

"I think I might get something hot and spicy" said Brad prompting us all to burst out laughing yet again. Oh he is hilarious.

"And what are the two little princesses having then" smiled Connor making the pair of us giggle uncontrollably.

"Erm w-well I'll h-have that there" I stuttered pointing to the menu, "with a coke as well"

"Me too" Emily nodded. The pair of reached in to our bags to get our purses out to pay. I handed the money over to James who was going up to order and pay for the food.

"No, I'll get it for you both" he said pushing the money away and blushing a little, "it's the least I can do for a good friend" he added.

"Wait no take it! Are you sure?! I don't mind paying you know!? Are you definitely sure?!" I quickly quizzed feeling a little on the guilty side. I could see out of the corner of my eye Emily nodding in agreement with me.

"No honest, it is completely fine" he smiled reassuringly. With the money in one hand he pushed other hand through his hair one last time before heading for the till to order and pay. That was such a sweet thing of him to pay for our meal, I just couldn't believe it. These four boys were not only drop dead gorgeous but they were such lovely people too.

"So do both of you girls play any instruments" Brad asked, breaking the small silence that had passed for a couple of seconds.

"Yeah well, I do a bit of guitar and a little bit of singing" I shrugged as I smiled

"And I play guitar" said Emily

"Awesome, who knows you could be the new female members of the band" chuckled Tristan, "we are working on some new material at the moment" he added.

"Sounds so awesome being in a band and making music and just generally doing what you do best, with your best mates" Emily said longingly.

"Yeahhhh, it is great" Connor grinned. With that James rejoined the table and came and sat the other side me, giving my hand a quick, cheeky little squeeze under the table.

"I bet the two over their have taken a couple of selfies of each other while I have been gone" James laughed pointing over to "Tradley" who sheepishly looked like they were going to burst into fits of laughter. "Well them faces give it all away" He added as the pair couldn't hold the laughter any more and burst out laughing.

"We only took 2" Tristan smiled innocently.

"More like 22" James giggled followed by the humming of the song "22" by Taylor Swift.

It wasn't long before the food came, and I was enjoying the boys company and the cute occasional squeeze on the hand from James, which made my insides melt and caused my cheeks to blush.

"So do you sing and play the guitar together" James asked turning to face me with my hand wrapped inside his hand.

"Well yeah I-I try t-too" i stuttered "I-I try to w-write my own s-songs" I managed to add before yet again going a deep shade of red. It almost looked like I was about to cry I had gone that red.

"Aww I would love to hear them, you really shouldn't be shy about it" James replied trying to sooth my little red face, "I bet they are fantastic songs, you have just got to believe they are" he soothed.

"Aw thank you James" I said raising a smile, "nobody has ever heard my songs before, nobody knows I write songs"

"Aw wow, well I would love to hear them and when you are a famous singer/songwriter all over the world I could say that I was your very first fan" James soothed as he tucked the a piece of hair, that had fallen on to my face behind my eye. I lifted my head slightly to look him in the eyes.

"Thank you" I whispered as I stood up with Emily to make my way to the ladies, to check I wasn't embarrassingly red or that my hair wasn't all over the place.

"Omg Lydia, I can't believe how sweet they all are! I can't believe that Connor carried me off the ice" Emily squealed as soon as we were in the ladies toilets and away from the table.

"Omg I know, you two looked like the cutest little ice dancing couple ever" I grinned

"Awwww thank you, you are James are so adorable too" she smiled.

"Aw thanks, it just seems so surreal that we are hanging out with a super hot band" I excitedly chattered, "I just can't believe it". I fixed my hair and applied so more lip balm to me lips before re-entering the restaurant to rejoin the boys at the table.

"Aww well thank you for a lovely Nandos" I said thankfully

"Aw yeah thanks for paying for us" Emily followed

"Aw anything for two perfect princesses" Connor grinned.

"Are you two doing anything this afternoon?" James quizzed

"Well erm, no I-I don't think so" I said glancing at Emily to check if she was doing anything. Emily shook her head.

"Well do you fancy coming back to the apartment for a bit" he smiled, "I mean you don't have to if y-"

"Of course we will" I giggled. With that James came over to stand next to me and Connor went over and stood next to Emily. They held our hands as we made our way to their spectacular apartment...
