Blake Kingston, she is shy, talented, and very much an outcast. It didn't help either that she just moved into a new city within a new state and a new country. Yes Blake was from Quebec, Canada. But now she was in some town in Oregon.
Blake had to move because of school. She was going into her junior year of High School. Well she would be staying in her same school but the government found out about something that never happens to anyone. Blake is what you would call different. And in this world, different is very bad. In this world everyone is the same, no one is different or unique.
But because Blake is different, she had to move to a special place in Oregon where she was able to live and not effect anyone. Blake was going to and institute for different people, so no one could provoke a riot on why people are different.
Blake was going because of something no one would ever really think to happen. Her hair will change color depending on her mood and she would often see the colors of people aouras.
