Framing Someone Else

-5's POV-

"Will 5 please come down to the office please?" I hear the principal call for me over the PA.

What for??? I shrug as I went to his office.

"Now 5, I heard you had shoved Smiley into her locker. Is this true?!"

Well, there was no denying it. The school has security cameras, so they have the evidence on video. I couldn't frame anyone.

I sigh. "Yes.... but I didn't do it alone."

He asks who I had help from.

"Tyler." I responded.

The principal shoves a detention slip into my hand. I'm honestly surprised he didn't suspend me, but who the hell cares?! I sure don't...

I walk out of his office and go through my day. Tyler gets called down to the office as soon as I leave. I imagine he'll get detention as well. At least I won't be alone.

When the bell rings, I pack my things, and go to the detention room.

Home, sweet home... I pick my usual desk in the back. It was covered in my vandalism. No one ever bothers to clean these damn things anymore. They gave up on this particular one after like, three times?

The principal always passes out these cheesy worksheets for us to do. When we complete them, he gives us more. Sometimes, my buds and I make bets to see who can complete the most. It helps pass the time.

I look up to see Tyler walk in. He takes a seat a few seats down. We both receive our worksheets. We're the only two here today.

I obviously screwed up somehow. Hmm... maybe, just maybe... if I can hide my true identity, I can frame Eggtree for my crimes... yes, this is the perfect plan! I smirk to myself as I come up with ways to frame Eggtree. I can't impersonate him, though... my complexion is too dark... Tyler could do it, though... they have the same skin tone... I'll have a lil' talk with him after detention...

After detention is over, I stop Tyler. "Hey bud..."

He tilts his head.

"Do me a favor... I need you to impersonate Eggtree. Get his hoodie, and shove Smiley into her locker. Don't say a word, or she'll hear you, and know it's an impersonator. Got it?"

He nods. "Yes, but we all know he never takes his hoodie off."

"Except in gym class. We share that class. I'll snag his hoodie, and you take it as we pass in the hall. Quickly put it in your locker. Remember, we can't get caught stealing. Ok?"

He nods.

"Ok. Let's do this." I smile. "Good job. You can go now."

 He waves and walks off.

I walk to my own home, where my mother and father are fighting. "...Those disgusting pigs! How could you possibly tolerate working there?!"

"It's the only job I could get. I haven't a choice. Besides, what they did was perfectly justified! Your actions, however, were uncalled for!"

"Ugh!" I hear my mother scream out in frustration before I hear a smacking noise. "Enough of this! I'll take care of this myself!"

I quickly run upstairs to my room. I wanted absolutely no part in this. I especially didn't want to be next. I curl up in bed and try to take a nap as my parents bicker though the night.

Yeesh, I remember writing this... #Cringefest

Welp, better keep workin here.... toodles
