"Hey, shut up you." I laughed, pointing at him from across the table. And it was then when I checked the time on the clock here in the kitchen, gasping as I saw. "Oh shit, I need to start getting ready, don't want Anton to be in a bad mood when I tell him what's happening now do I?" So with a giggle coming from me I stood up, kissing my brother cheek quickly before I went to my room. Picking out an outfit to wear for my day at work, though a little nervous.

Locking my car behind me once parking in one of the slots in the car park, I slipped over my shoulders my jacket, and placed my bag straps on my forearm, before heading in. Despite a little as to how I was feeling previously; nervous, worried, and rather scared about the way I would find Anton react to my news, the car journey here and what Sven said had really put my mind at ease. At the end of the day, all part of being a digital engineer is helping clients set up anything to do with the digital world. And this, with whatever football, is exactly that.

So walking through the sliding doors to the office building and taking the elevator up to my boss's office, I knocked on the door, waiting for some sort of response. "Come in." I heard him utter, in his job-role tone of voice. So I walked into the room, standing by the door. "Ah good morning Sofie, what can I do for you?" His attention drew to me, right away as well.

"Good morning sir." I smiled slightly. "Uhm, I have something I need to ask you..."

Anton narrowed his eyes in confusion at my words, but nodded his head over towards the spare seat opposite his at his desk. "Ok, please, take a seat." So within a second, I did so.

"I thought I should run this by you first, taking into consideration that you are the boss after all and everything should go by you." Anton continued to look at me in the same way, with a wave of confusion upon him but not uttering a word, simply allowing me to go on. "Well you see, the thing is, I've been offered a job over in Germany for a short length of time. One of my...erm...friends, called me up and said his client, a German footballer, is looking to open up an app for the app store. He needs my help in doing it, so I wondered what you thought."

Due to how sudden that all seemed to come out of my mouth Anton looked at me with both of his eyes wide, somewhat surprised. "Wow, well I wasn't expecting that." He straightened out his shirt. "But I have to admit to you Sofie, I don't know what to make of this. I need you here in the office with all the reports we have due in the next upcoming weeks, you know all of what we're doing. So in all honesty I'm not happy with how sudden you've brought it on."

"No of course, I understand that." I hummed, coughing slightly in nerves. "But this thing is, isn't this all part of my job description...venturing out and doing these sorts of things?" But still Anton didn't seem impressed, I'm not surprised though, this is the sort of man which I know he is. "Of course, whatever money I make with this you'll get a fair share of it."

"And I should hope I would as well." He raised his eyebrows. "I don't employ you so you can go out and do whatever job you please without me not getting any interest in it, or you may as well just be self-employed." I nodded my head, bowing it slightly. "You have a point in all of this though, by you going to Germany it will bring more money to the company and could even bring more business in for us all over the world. But who will take over your position?"

"Well...uhm there are quite a few other people here in the office area which could take over with what I've done." I scratched the back of my head slightly. "Rachel for instance, I could go stop by her office and fill her in with everything now so she knows the loop of things?"

From the look across Anton's face, that of a rather serious thinking one, I could see that he was thinking it through to himself. "Ok fine, yes." He nodded, leaning back on his chair. "Go there now to her and explain the situation, but I want you to stay late tonight to fill me in on more about this. Like when it will be happening, the depth of it all, those sorts of things ok?"

I nodded my head immediately, happy and evidently showing it. "Of course sir yes, I'll get on to do both of those for you today." And as soon as he allowed me to leave his office, I went off to Rachel's office to explain the situation to her. Acting as professional as I could as now.

I've got to be honest, there was a happy buzzing sort of feeling going around inside of me as a result of how well that went with my boss, but by no means was I going to allow that to at all effect my performance. But this could be the making of me. I mean yeah, of course I have designed many things for people before – whether they're famous or just an ordinary sort of person – but nothing in the scale of a famous footballer. I may not know exactly who he is or what he is like, but I'm honestly feeling excited now. Though I do hope he isn't a sort of diva.

That I couldn't deal with.

Sven's POV:

Led across the sofa in my lounging clothes after work, I breathed out while watching a bit of TV while waiting for Sofie to arrive home so we could have dinner. But it was half past nine, I had not heard any sign of Sofie and when she was coming home and it was concerning me.

Although soon enough and the sound of the door of our apartment opening up was to all of a sudden become known to me, and in walked a rather tired looking Sofie. "Wow, don't you look like shit." I smirked, teasing her beyond compare as I knew how much it got to her.

"Drop it Sven, please." She groaned, throwing herself down onto the sofa beside me and all of a sudden closing her eyes with a heavy breath. "I've had a long night of going over detail and detail about this trip to Germany that my head hurts, I don't need you in my ear also."

I raised an eyebrow." So I take it your boss agreed to the trip then, right?"

"Well obviously." My sister opened her eyes and looked at me, rolling her eyes as a result of what I had just said. "It took a bit of persuading and trying to get him to understand that my job isn't just sitting in an office all day for him to agree, but I eventually got here in the end."

"Proud of you sis." I winked, laughing slightly. "What did he say to you?"

"He said that he understands, and that I of course need to give the company money for it as I'm part of the business but he's fine with me going as long as one of the other's understand that they need to take over what I was doing for Anton." Nodding, Sofie went on. "I needed to stay behind after hours to explain it in lots of detail to Anton so he knew more about it."

"Ah I see." Humming, with a smile upon my lips. "But I'm proud of you, this is good for you."

"Even though it'll be with Sascha?" She raised an eyebrow.

Taking a deep breath in and then out, I closed my eyes before opening them again, nodding sincerely. "Yes, even though you'll be around Sascha and I'm not a fan of him. But there's a lot more to it, this is an amazing opportunity for you and your career." And with that, all of a sudden I stood up. "And I think this deserves a toast." I headed over into the kitchen quickly.

"Sven, what are you doing?" I heard Sofie ask, following after me.

Appearing from out of the cupboards with a bottle of champagne I proceeded to pour some of the liquid inside two glasses, before handing her one. "We're making toast, to the start of a brand new chapter in your career." I smiled. "Now come on, let's do exactly that sis."

"You are such an idiot, do you know that?" She laughed, but I just shrugged, amused.
